Stuck in This ***ing Rut

Just as I was placing my purse in my bunk, I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist from behind along with pair of lips kiss the back of my neck.
“I missed you.”
I spun around and wrapped my arms around Zack’s neck.
“Awh I missed you too babe.”
He pecked me on the lips and smiled. “Are you looking forward to spending some time together on this tour?”
I nodded. “But of course I am. I’m spending the next 3 months on tour with my sexy boyfriend and awesome best friends, why wouldn’t I be happy?”
I kissed Zack again, only this time a bit longer. Suddenly out of nowhere we heard someone clear their throat. Zack and I pulled away and saw Rian standing there with his arms crossed over his chest.
“Brittany’s in the front lounge.”
I nodded, separated from Zack, and walked passed Rian, into the front lounge. There I found Matt scolding both Alex and Jack with Brittany underneath them.
“Off my sister now.” Matt said before making his way to the bunk area.
Alex and Jack pouted as they got off Brittany. “Flyziks are no fun.”
“I am too, just not when you’re crushing me. Who else would let you watch Home Alone as many times as you want, Jack?” Brittany asked Jack as she sat up straight.
Jack’s face lit up and gave Brittany a puppy dog look. “Good point. I’m sowwy.”
I couldn’t help but smile at them both. They were just so cute together and Matt didn’t even notice. I only found out about their relationship when I walked in on them making out in her room.
“Hey Brittany, did you get all your stuff?”
She looked away from Jack and at me. “Hey Sevie and yea I did. Did you?”
I nodded. “Yea I did. Hey can I talk to ya in the back?”
She stood up and nodded. “Sure.”
I walked over to Alex, who was busy watching the Ravens game, and tapped him on the shoulder.
“What?” He asked without taking his eyes off the TV.
“Can you let Rian and Matt know where we’re at in case they ask? You know how they are, they freak out way too much.”
“Yea sure.”
“Alex did you hear me?”
“Don’t worry, I’ll let them know babe.”
I looked over to the kitchen and saw Zack, shirtless, putting a bag of pop corn into the microwave.
“Awh thanks Zacky.”
“Hey Zacky, mind making another bag of pop corn for me?” Alex teased Zack.
Brittany and I made our way off to the back of the bus giggling after Zack tackled Alex to the ground. We walked past the bunks quietly once I saw my brother fast asleep in his bunk, which was right above Zack’s. We finally walked into the back lounge and shut the door for some privacy.
“Hey Sevie?”
I looked over at Brittany as she took a seat on each end of the couch.
“What is it?”
“What did you and Rian talk about?”
I sighed. “That’s what I wanted to talk to you about. Basically he doesn’t want to see me and Zack together.”
“What why?”
“Because, he doesn’t want me to get shit from fans.”
“He’s a bit too over protective but I mean at least he knows.”
“Matt still has no idea about you and Jack?”
She frantically shook her head. “Keep it down I don’t want him to hear.”
I rolled m eyes. “When are you gonna tell him? It’s better that you tell him than for him to find out on his own.”
“Yea I know but look how well that’s going for you.”
“Point taken.”
“So what are you gonna do?”
I shrugged and sunk into the couch. “I don’t know. I was thinking of maybe going off somewhere with him while in Massachusetts since the guys have a day off there.”
“I told Jack about this earlier but why don’t we go to Six Flags?”
“That’s a good idea but how are we gonna get away from everyone?”
“I’ll think of something.”
I nodded. After finally talking a bit more, we decided to head back up front with the guys. As we walked into the lounge, everyone was laughing as Jack and Zack wrestled on the ground. I couldn’t help but laugh along with them. I looked over at Brittany and noticed that she was getting mad.
“Ok Zack, leave Jack alone.”
Zack looked up at me and pouted. I made signs for him to look over at Brittany. He glanced over at her and instantly let Jack go.
After everyone settled down, we finally got to the venue and stepped off the bus.
