Crashing Into Nothing.

"Max is going to be here in like ten minutes." Ansley said running into Caydence's room.
"I'm not going to be here." Caydence said.
"Why aren't you going to be here?"
"Because we both know you're going to make up for lost time." Caydence said getting off her bed and grabbing her purse and her camera off the dresser.
"Ok yeah, but where are you going?"
"I'm meeting Garrett at Starbuck."
"You sure spend a lot of time with Garrett." Ansley said raising her eyebrows.
"Yeah I guess."
"Its so adorable how much he likes you."
"What are you talking about?"
"Garrett has a huge crush on you." Ansley said it like it was the most obvious thing in the whole world.
"Are you serious?"
"Yeah."
"You're crazy."
"Fine don't believe me."
"I'll see you tonight." Caydence said heading for the front door.
About ten minutes after Caydence left there was a knock on the door.
She ran to answer the door knowing it was Max.
She opened the door to see Max standing on the other side of the door.
"Hey babe." Max said smiling.
"Max." Ansley said before attaching her lips to his.
Ansley pulled away from Max and grabbed his hand and pulled him towards her room.
The second they were in her room Max had Ansley pinned against the wall kissing her neck.
"You don't know how much I've missed you." He said in between kisses.
"I've missed you a lot too." She said before a moan escaped her lips.
"God I love you Ansley."
"I love you too."
Before they knew it they were on Ansley's bed moaning each others name.
"Where's Caydence?" Max asked pulling Ansley closer to him.
"She's hanging out with Garrett."
"Who's Garrett?" He asked as Ansley grabbed her underwear off the ground.
"Her friend."
"Since when has she been friends with this Garrett guy?" He asked grabbing his boxers off the ground.
"Like two weeks."
"Are they seeing each other?"
"No, and why are you so curious about Caydence?"
"I don't know. I've been gone for like two weeks I'm wondering what happened while I was gone."
"Nothing really other then I've pretty much just hung out with Caydence and Lizzy." He said while Ansley got out off bed and was gathering her clothes.
"What do you want to do today?" He asked while gathering his clothes as well.
"I don't why don't we just stay her and watch a movie."
"Sounds good to me."

Caydence walked into to Starbucks to find Garrett sitting a couch with two drinks.
"Here you go." He said handing her drink.
"Thank you. You didn't have to get me a drink."
"I know but I wanted to." He said smiling at her.
She couldn't help but smile at how happy Garrett seem.
"Any plans on what you want to do today?" She asked sitting next to him.
"I don't know. What do you want to do?"
"I asked you first. You have to choose."
"Come on Caydence you know I can't make decisions."
"Yeah and neither can I so you're making the decision today." She said giving him a playful smile.
"Fine."
"Do you want to go over to my house and we can watch a movie or something?"
"Yeah that's sounds like fun."
As Caydence drove to Garrett's house she couldn't help but smile at how happy Garrett made her.
"What do you want to watch?" Garrett asked standing by his collection of DVDs.
"I don't care you choose." Caydence said sitting on the edge of his bed.
"How about Scream?" He asked turning to show her the DVD.
"Yeah that works. Hey Garrett." She said holding her camera up.
"Ok." He said smiling and doing his signature metal hand.
"You really like taking pictures don't you?" He asked putting the DVD in and pressing play.
"Yeah I do."
"So is that going to end up on tumblr?" He asked sitting next to her on the bed.
"I don't know." She said laughing lightly, putting her camera in her purse.
"You know I have so much fun hanging out with you." Garrett said.
"I have fun with you too."
As the movie started to play the first person died, and Caydence turned her head into Garrett's shoulder.
"Are you ok?" Garrett whispered into her ear as she still had her head turned.
"Yeah." She said embarrassed looking at the TV again.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah. I'm warning you now that might happen through out the movie.”
Through out the movie Caydence kept hiding her face in Garrett's shoulder. He couldn't help but smile every time she did this. He loved being close to Caydence.
"It’s over now." Garrett said smiling.
"Ok good." She said.
"What do you want to do now?" He asked sitting up and stretching.
"I don't know." She said sitting up and stretching like Garrett.
“Do you want to go out dinner?” Garrett asked hopping off his bed.
I wish I could ask her out and this could be a date. Garrett kept thinking.
“Yeah that sounds fun.”
“Ok let’s go.” Garrett said grabbing Caydence’s and took off running for the front door. Caydence got a big smile on her face at the fact Garrett had just grabbed her hand. She felt her heartbeat speed up a little bit at them being so close.
When they got outside Garrett let go of Grace’s hand and they stood on the front lawn staring at the two cars.
“So whose car do we take?” Caydence said slightly saddened by the absents of Garrett’s hand.
“I’ll drive.” Garrett said pulling his keys out of his pocket.
“Ok that sounds good to me.”
The two got into Garrett’s yellow car and he turned Love Is Hell on his CD player.
“I love this whole record.” Caydence said smiling.
“Yeah so do I.”
“Garrett don’t you have the vinyl for this record?”
“Yeah I do. It’s my prized possession.” He said as he started to drive.
“It would be mine too. Isn’t there like only three-hundred made?”
“Yes sir.”
“Garrett where are we going to eating?” Caydence asked not sure where he was driving.
“Olive Garden.”
“I love Olive Garden.” She said happily.
“Yeah so do.”
“You know Garrett, me and you are a like.” She said turning to him and giving him a big smile.
“Yeah I’ve noticed.” He said laughing a little bit.
They walked inside and were seated right away.
“So what are you getting to eat?” Garrett asked right after they ordered there drinks, and he saw her staring at the menu biting her lip concentrating on the menu.
I just want to walk over and kiss her. He thought while watching her bite her lip.
“Um I think the Five Cheese Ziti al Forno.”
“That sounds really good, but I think I’m going to get Fettuccine Alfredo.”
“I took you as a Fettuccine guy.”
“Well then you were right.” He said laughing a little bit.
After they finished eating Garrett drove them back to his house so Caydence could get her car.
“Are you have to go home?” Garrett said leaning against her car.
“Yeah I am. Its nine o’clock and I have been home all day. Ansley probably wondering where I am.”
“Ok if you must leave.” Garrett said pulling her into a hug.
The whole ride home Caydence already missed Garrett. She walked inside to find Ansley and Max cuddled up on the couch.
“Hey Caydence.” Max said.
“Hi Max, how was Florida?”
“Boring. I missed my girl.” As Max said this Ansley felt a rush of guilt wash over her.
“She missed you too.” Caydence said giving the two of them a smile.
Ansley gave Caydence a look thanking her for covering her ass.
