Stick a Knife in the Center of Your Back

"Why are we here," I asked immediately.
"I wanted to talk to you. How's your arm?"
"Fine, Billie helps me with it."
She looked sick. "It wouldn't be necessary if he didn't cause it."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"It's his fault you tried to kill yourself," she said simply.
"Yeah, but don't forget he's the one who saved me."
"Let me be honest. I tried to get him to come to the studio so he'd be away from you."
"I kinda realized."
"I don't think you should see him. You're just a fan. You think you're in love with him, but you barely know him."
I gaped. "Yes I do!"
"You can't trust him. He has anger problems."
"I know," I said, thinking back to the time her pushed me. "But I can trust him."
"Has he hurt you before?"
"No! Of course not," I lied.
"Jade, he's just too, how can I say it?"
"Too honest? Too caring? Too punk?"
"He's a bad influence."
I laughed a humorless laugh. "Yeah, completely. You think I care?"
"You shouldn't see him anymore."
"'Cause I'm gonna listen to you."
"He isn't right for you," she tried to reason.
"Just because he dumped you doesn't mean he will me. He loves me. More than anyone ever has."
She groaned. "He's only lying."
I stood up. "Take me home."
"Alright. Maybe Serena can talk some sense into you."
"No, I mean to Billie's house. And Serena supports me."
She held up her hands. "Whatever."
In the car, the arguing didn't cease.
"I'm just trying to reason with you. I don't want my little girl getting hurt."
"I'm not little and I won't get fucking hurt."
Mom sighed. "I'll just have to take matters into my own hands."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"I'm on my own with this one. Get out."
I did and watched her drive away.

Sorry it's so short. I wrote a longer one and then there was an error and I lost it and didn't feel like writing it exactly again. She's evil. You know what they say. Every Villain is Lemons. Comment!
