I Don't Believe in Fairytales

Missing

"What the fuck, Trinity? Why the hell would you agree to go anywhere with him especially for a few days? What were you thinking?!" Brian yelled at me after he asked me why I was packing some of my things.

"Brian, calm down, nothing bad is going to happen. You should know Matt, he is one of your best friends," I said trying to get him to stop yelling.

"Exactly, that is why I don't want you going with him. He is capable of some things you wouldn't understand. How do you know nothing bad is going to happen? I just don't want anything to happen to you," his voice lowered in octaves as he sat down on the edge of his bed.

I walked towards him sitting down on his lap as I wrapped my arms around his neck. I ran my fingers through his hair as he laid his head on my chest.

"I understand but you just need to have trust in him that he isn't going to do anything harm to me in anyway because if he wanted to he would have already done it. He is still the same man you knew before you all got sucked into this world. In a few days I am going to come back to you just like I left. Okay?"

He nodded while bringing up his head brushing his lip against mine. I placed my hands on his cheeks as he pushed his tongue past my lips into my mouth grazing it against my tongue. He stood up from the bed bringing me with him while I wrapped my legs around his torso. He laid me down on the mattress with him hovering over me as he peppered kisses along my jawline and down my neck while biting on my soft flesh. I could feel his erection against my thigh but we couldn't go any further knowing Matt will be back soon and then we would be leaving.

"Brian," I breathed out his name bringing him closer to me as he laid his forehead against mine.

"We should stop before Matt comes back," I said making him sigh while he rolled over onto his back lying down beside me and bringing me closer to his body.

We stayed in each others arms for a while just enjoying our body warmth and the peaceful silence. I wrapped my arms around his torso pressing my lips to his collarbone kissing up his neck to his thin lips. I smiled into the kiss feeling his thumb rubbing circles in my hips. We broke away from each other when the front door downstairs opened telling us that Matt had arrived. I gave him one last peck on the lips before getting up off the bed and making my way to the door.

"Wait," Brian called out getting up and going over to his dresser.

He had something in his hand as he walked over to me. He placed his black I-pod touch in my hand.

"So you won't get bored and I have a few songs on there just for you," I smiled grabbing onto his shoulders and bringing him towards me before smashing his lips to mine.

"Thank you," I mumbled against his lips.

"You're welcome. Now go and be safe," he said pulling away from me.

"I am so stop worrying," I reassured him before I exited out of his room.

I walked down the hall towards Matt's room which I refused to call mine even though I slept there. I entered the room to find Matt exiting out of the bathroom.

"Are you all ready and packed?" He asked.

"Yeah," I replied grabbing my bag that was on top of the dresser unzipping it and putting in the I-pod.

"Okay let's get going," he said as I slung the bag over my shoulder.

He exited out of the room with me following closely behind him. We walked down the stairs where I saw Jimmy and Pamela in the living room watching Jimmy's favorite movie Jacob's Ladder. I waved bye to them both before we made our way out of the house. We went down the driveway towards the large black SUV where he opened the passenger door for me. I got in before he closed the door and going around getting in the driver's side.

"Where are we going?" I asked once he started the car and drove onto the streets.

"It's a surprise," he said keeping his eyes on the road.

"Yeah, you said that last time and that ended so well," I said sarcastically.

"It's not going to be like last time this is different," he stated.

The car was filled with silence as I stared out the window with so many questions flipping through my mind. I was on the edge thinking of where he was taking me wondering if I made the right choice of agreeing to go with him. I let my head rest against the window feeling the vibration of the car. I closed my eyes feeling myself fall into unconsciousness.

"Trinity," a familiar voice whispered in my ear.

My name was repeated by the same voice until my eyelids fluttered open and the voice stopped. I squinted my eyes from the sunlight penetrating through the windshield as the sun was setting. I noticed the car was not moving anymore as I took in my surroundings. The car was parked in front of a wooden cabin surrounded by trees. I looked to my left at the driver's seat to see Matt staring down at me with an unreadable facial expression.

"Where are we?" I asked in a groggy voice.

"We're right outside the city. I used to come here whenever I needed to just get away from everything and relax. I never brought anyone here before," he said moving his gaze to the cabin as I saw the ghost of a smile on his lips.

Matt got out of the car coming around to my side and opening my door. I got out of the car as he placed his hand on the small of my back leading me to the cabin. We walked up the steps to the front door where he unlocked the door and stepped inside with me following behind. The lights flicked on to reveal we were standing in the living room. There was a brown couch in front of a huge screen t.v. which was right above the fire place. The place looked so warm and cozy I loved it already.

Matt grabbed my hand pulling me further into the cabin where we passed the dining room and kitchen which looked similar to the one back at the mansion but smaller and had a more homey feeling to it. We walked down a hall until we stopped to the last door where opened it stepping inside and pulling me along. We entered the bedroom which had a huge California king sized bed covered with red silk sheets.

"You can go get ready for bed there are some clothes you can change into in the closet. I need to go make a phone call so I'll be back later," he said before leaving the room.

I walked over to the closet opening it up to see it filled with clothes. Half of it was clothes around my size and the other half was Matt's. I looked through the clothes grabbing one of Matt's Guns N' Roses shirt before closing the door. I stripped out of my clothes throwing on the shirt over my body that came down right above my knees looking like a dress on me. I got onto the bed crawling underneath the red satin sheets. I curled up on my side snuggling into the sheets and clutching the pillow to my body. I closed my eyes trying to let the darkness consume my mind.

My eyes opened not feeling one ounce of sleepiness as I was wide awake. I smiled remembering that I had Brian's I-pod knowing music always puts me to sleep. I got off the bed going over to my bag which Matt put beside the bedroom door. I opened the bag seeing the I-pod right on top and grabbing it. I went back to the bed getting underneath the covers.

I put the headphones in my ears before turning on the I-pod. I scrolled through the thousands of songs and artists he had until I stumbled upon Trin's playlist. A big smile adorned my face as I thought it was so sweet that he made me a playlist. I tapped on it seeing it filled with tons of songs. Looking through it one in particular caught my eyes making my smile bigger.

I tapped on the song hearing the music fill my ears. This was my favorite song which happened to be Missing by Evanescence. As I listened to the lyrics it made me thinking that no one from my old life would be missing me. I had no real friends who cared for me and my family never really loved me. I never knew who my real mother was because she left my father and I when I was just a baby.

My father can't stand looking at me because I look too much like my mother. My step-mother could give a fuck less about me all she cares about is money that it why she married my father who was a doctor. I really had no family or anyone who cared for me except for Jase but he is gone now. Maybe it was meant for all of this to happen to me because my life was no better then it is now.

If this never happened to me I would have never met Brian and I know he cares for me just like I care deeply about him. I closed my eyes with a smile on my lips as I let the thoughts of Brian and the music lull me to sleep.

I re-posted this chapter, as you can see, because I wanted to ask you, my readers, if I should start over with this story. I wanted to start off new with all of my stories. For this story I want to give you all more depth in Trinity's life from the beginning and the guy's life. I might even start writing in third person's point of view instead of first person. So, what do you guys think? Should I start new or keep going as it is?
