When Erin announces that she's pregnant, Rowan knows its the beginning of the end. She's changed since they started high school and the two twins have gone from best friends to enemies. She has no regard for the rest of her family, or how much it's hurting them, especially her youngest brother. Acting out is the only way the normally quiet Bryce knows how to handle the sudden stress added to his family and Rowan is left running after him right on the heels of his own failed relationship. He wants nothing more than to just get out of his house but he can't leave his younger siblings to the selfishness of his twin or the slowly breaking relationship of his parents.
