Skipping Stone.

“Did you pack everything up?” She nodded her head letting out another loud yawn. “Are all the accessories in their labeled packaging?”

Parker pulled open the drawer showing off the assortment of bags all labeled and sealed. The older woman nodded her head clicking her expensive heels as she pursed her lips.

“How long have you been here?”

Parker pulled out her phone before looking at the time, it was now 7 o’clock. She had been there since 8 that morning.

“Way too long”, she said with a humors grin.

The older woman enjoyed her sense of humor. Parker was a well-liked person. She was strong welled and a very hard worker. She interacted with clients better than the boss herself. Everyone could only say nice things about the girl never anything negative.

“How about you go on home now?”

Parker nodded her head. “Are you sure, I could stay longer if you like?”

“I think we got it from here”, the lady spoke as she tapped her freshly polish nail on the clipboard.

Parker nodded her head with a sweet smile as she gathered her purse from the chair. She gave the older woman smile before exiting out of the building. Her heels clicking against the cement as she walked out to her car, once inside, she let out a sigh of relief. She pulled out her phone staring out at the text. She closed her eyes before dialing up the phone.

“Hello”, she heard his voice clear.

She couldn’t help but to smile. “Hello there, bitch”, she said hearing him chuckle on the other end. “Did you ring?”

He went silent on the other end. “I couldn’t do it”, he said with a sigh.

“Josh”, she said softly.

“I know, I just couldn’t”, he said as she nodded her head. “I just told her that we should take a small break from each other.”

“Well that’s something.”

“I suppose so”, he said with a chuckle. “I would love to sit here and chat about my girly problems but I would love to have a couple of drinks with my mates, which means you included.”

“I’m actually quite tired.”

“Please.”

“I don’t know”, she began letting out a yawn.

“For me?” he asked softly putting on that charm.

Parker felt her stomach turn as she nodded her head. She let out a sigh throwing her head back against the seat. She could hear Josh laughing on the other line; he knew he had won her over.

“Want me to go pick you up?”

“That would be lovely.”

She couldn’t control the wide smile as she started the engine. “Just give me the address and I’ll be there shortly.”

Josh nodded his head with a wide smile on his face. His body was rested into his bed as his legs were kicked out in front of him.

“Thank you, love.”

“You owe me.”

“Yeah, yeah”, she said with a chuckle. “Be right there, bitch”, she said before hanging up the phone.

She tossed the phone off to the side with a wide smile on her face. She couldn’t shake it off and she didn’t understand why. She followed the direction Josh had texted her bringing her in front of a house. She sent him a quick text before turning the car off and sitting there. Just a mere minute later Josh was walking out of the house. The plaid shirt buttoned to the top with a cardigan thrown over. His hair was tucked into a gray beanie as he shoved his hands into his pockets. He went around getting in the passenger seat. He turned to Parker with a grin.

“Hello”, he said brightly before reaching over and placing a kiss on her cheek.

“Why hello there”, she said with a smile before starting the engine. “Where to?” she asked as Josh shrugged his shoulders.

“Everyone was proper busy.”

“Oh alright”, she said turning the car back off. “Did you want to do this another night then?”

“No”, he said with a cheeky grin only making Parker smile wide. “Are you still up for going to a pub?”

She nodded her head. “I could use a drink.”

“Brilliant!” he cheered clapping his hands together. “Go back to yours, park your car and we could walk to a pub and get completely bent.”

She nodded her head with a smile before starting the engine up again. She put the car on drive as Josh fumbled with the radio. The two erupted in laughter as he left a giddy pop song. Parker rolled her eyes before turning to Josh.

“You’re so gay.”

“I am not.”

“I’m starting to think you are.”

“One night with me love, I’ll have you think differently”, he said with a seductive smile that just made Parker melt.

The dirty thoughts were erupting in her brain, oozing in and out. “Was that a pass at me, Joshua?”

“Possibly”, he said with a chuckle.

Parker just rolled her eyes not going along with the flirting game that Josh had set up. She pulled up to her apartment and as soon as the car was placed on park Josh was out of the car ready to find the calmness in the form of getting completely drunk. Parker walked out of the car pulling her skirt down. Josh finally got a look at her outfit and he couldn’t help but to let his mouth water.

“Why must you always wear things like this?”

She rolled her eyes as she locked the car. “Oh come off”, she spoke walking over to him.

“You look absolutely stunning.”

“Joshua, are you flirting with me?”

He let out a laugh before placing out his hand. Parker and Josh have been known to flirt back and forth. People knew that the two wanted each other, they just never showed it. But as the two entered the pub with every intention of getting drunk, Josh couldn’t help but to be nervous that his liquid confidence just might fuck up his friendship.

With one shot, the two were just giggles dancing to the music. Their friend zone distance taking toll. They were arm’s length away from each other as they sipped on their first drink of the night.

“Diet coke and Malibu?” she asked as she licked her lips together. “You’re a proper fairy.”

“I told you already that I’m not.”

“I don’t know mate”, she said slapping his shoulder making the first physical contact since they walked into the pub. “That is a gay drink”, she said crossing her legs over only making Josh’s eyes avert to her legs, licking his lips at the thought of being in-between them.

“Could a straight man enjoy a good tasting drink?”

She threw her hands up in the air with a soft chuckle that was like music to Josh’s ears. “I don’t know, Jace might be right about you.”

Josh just let out a laugh before elbowing her slightly, their skin sliding against each other. As their skin touch and the flames enlightened their bones, their eyes met. They shared a grin before looking down at their drinks with a soft laugh, shaking their head along with the thoughts in them.

With the second shot, the two were nothing but giggles, pointing out odd couples in the pub along with the creepy boys and girls checking the both of them out.

“I think the bitch wants a threesome.”

Josh turned his attention to the pretty blond staring in their direction with her lustful eyes. He gave her a smile as she returned it. He let out an awkward laugh as he took another sip of his drink letting his eyes wonder off to Parker.

“I’m down.”

“Me too”, she said surprising Josh. “Let’s A team this bitch”, she said putting out her fist.

“God, I love you”, he said with a chuckle before fist bumping her. “But I hope you’re not kidding”, he said with a chuckle.

“Maybe another shot, I’ll be willing to do anything.”

“Could we get this young lady a shot over here?”

With another two shots, the two were feeling it. They were nursing their fourth drink in hand as they stood from their seats, with hands in the air and their mouths yelling out the rap lyrics at the top of their lungs. Josh’s eyes were on Parker’s bum while Parker’s eyes were on Josh’s lips.

“You move those hips baby boy.”

Josh just laughed at the girls words before rolling his hips into the air while biting his bottom lip. Parker just let out a laugh before cheering the boy in front of her. She sucked down her drink placing it on the table before she found her body closer up to his. Parker grinned up at the boy as she felt his hands gripping her waist. They danced at a safe distance, just jokingly dancing. But suddenly Parker turned her body around so that he back was up against Josh’s chest. She rolled her hips back, swaying her ass into his waist. He had to grip her waist tighter as he held her closer. She pulled her hair to the side letting Josh rest his chin on her shoulder. The stubble on his face rubbing against her neck as their hips rolled into one another. Josh’s hands gripping at the top of her thighs, bunching up her skirt in his hands. She could feel his hot breath on her neck as his lips softly kissed her shoulder. She felt her stomach build up. She turned her face slightly so that her eyes were leveled with him. His blue eyes stared down into hers as his lips were pushed out in a slight pout. She took a deep breath before leaning in, and going straight to his ear.

“Another shot?”

She pulled away to see his expression. He nodded his head with his wide lustful eyes. He gave her a cheeky smile and she couldn’t help but to smile back. She grabbed at his hand as they walked over to the bar. She leaned her body over the bar, Josh immediately looking at her ass, licking his lips and trying to control the growing pain in his pants. The bartender came back with two shots. She turned around leaning her body against the bar passing the shot over to Josh.

“To not giving a fuck”, she said with a wide smile.

Josh nodded his head with a laugh. “To not giving a fuck”, he said before the shot went down his throat.

They stood there talking for a few more minutes, hands gripping each other and the constantly flirting was driving them crazy. Josh just wanted to have his hands all over her while Parker just wanted to take him back to her flat and have her way with him. Somehow during the last few drinks, the two found themselves in the corner of the pub, leaned against the wall. Parker’s back pressed tightly as Josh’s hands were on either side of her. The two shared a smile as they talked, they weren’t sure what they were talking about, but they couldn’t control their laughter. Josh leaned in closer as Parker took in a deep breathe.

“Parker”, he spoke as her eyes closed and the fluttered back open. “I want to do something but I’m afraid it might fuck everything up.”

She looked deep into his eyes before letting out a soft laugh. “I thought we weren’t going to give a fuck”, she said with a seductive smile.

Josh took this as an open invitation. Without another word he pressed his hot mouth against hers. Without second warning her finger nails dug into his hair pulling him closer. Their tongues battles as their hips violently rolled into one another. After a few minutes of intense make out and vicious dry humping, Parker took Josh by his hands and dragged him out of the bar and back to her room. She tore her belt off along with her heels. Her skirt pulled at the bottom of her feet as Josh watched her every move in complete shock. He couldn’t get out of his clothes fast enough. Parker grabbed the half-naked boy and pushed him on the bed. With a seductive smile she brought her body on top of his letting her legs straddling his waist as she gripped his hair turning Josh on more and more. She looked deep into his eyes before biting his bottom lip. He let out a growl sucking in the air through his gritted teeth.
