I Can Keep a Secret

I sighed in relief after i kicked my last box in my new room. Every thing was in the room, i just needed to unpack stuff and make my bed. I bet i can get Alex or Jack to help me with that later. I sat on my floor and just looked around, i was so happy to be away from my parents. I mean i love them but its so nice living with different people. As i was day dreaming i heard a knock on the door frame, i looked up and it was Alex.

"Hey Amberlyn" he said and i felt really happy to see him, ive always had a crush on Alex

"Hi" i said

"So Jack said once your done with everything to meet us in the pool, he said he has somthing really cool to show you" he said

"Oh. Okay well im done so i'll change and meet you out there?" i said and he nodded and walked away

I got up and dug through a box of clothes for a bathing suit. I adventually found a purple bikini top and a black and white polka dot bikini bottom. They went with different bathing suits but whatever, they matched and thats all that mattered. I went outside and Alex and Jack were sitting on what looked like a tube shaped like a bed and a couch combined. They also had a cooler with them, probably full of beer. I walked down the steps to the pool deck, Jack got excited when he noticed me.

"Like it?!" he said

"Uhmm yeah i guess" i said

"Get in and get on!" he said

"Uhm in a minute" i said after i felt the water, it was freezing and there was a breeze outside it was a kinda warm one but still a breeze

"No jump in or you'll never get used to it. Its either that or i'll throw you in" Alex said

"No" i said

"Fine you leave me no choice" he said and jumped off the float and got on the deck

"Alex dont touch me or i swear i'll kick you where the sun doesnt shine" i said warning him

"Doesnt scare me" he said and picke me up bridal style and tossed me in the pool

"Ahh cold!" i said swimming over to the raft and getting on

"Yay your on!" Jack said

"Mhmm" i said and Alex jumped back in the pool and got back on the raft

"Want a beer?" Alex asked me as he pulled a beer out of the cooler

"No, i dont drink" i said, im old enough to drink but i just dont like to

"I dont know how your related to me" Jack said and i laughed

After hanging out in the pool for a little while i got out and got dressed. I checked my phone and i had a text from my best friend Sky, it said: Hey Amberlyn do you wanna go for a walk with me and Jordan? -Sky :D. Jordan is Skys one year old son. I texted back saying i would go and i told Jack i was leaving and left. I got to Skys house and we went for a walk, she let me push Jordan in his stroller.

"So how is it living with Jack so far?" she asked me

"Good" i said

"Alex lives with him to right?" she asked

"Yep" i said pulling the visor over Jordan to block the sun

"And you still like him?" she asked

"Yes" i said

"Wow thats gonna work out well" she said sarcastic

"I know its a awkward situation. But whatever" i said

After the walk we went back to her house and hungout, after being there for almost two hours i decided to leave. When i got home Alex was sitting all alone on the couch playing guitar, i dont know where Jack was. I sat down next to him and he stopped playing.

"Hey" he said

"Hi" i said

"Did you have fun with your friend?" he asked

"Yep. Wheres Jack?" i asked

"The store or Rians, not sure" he said

"Cool" i said

"Yep" he said tuning the guitar

"Hey would you teach me to play guitar?" i asked and he looked surprised

"Uhmm you sure?. Like you dont want Jack to?" he said

"No way! i feel like when people try to teach their siblings somthing it doesnt work. Like they fight, at least thats how it is with me and Jack" i said

"Oh, okay sure i'll teach you" he said

"Really!?" i said

"Sure" he said getting up to grab Jacks guitar off the other couch, he handed it to me and sat back down to teach me
