„Rou. Rou. Rou.“ Drew tapped my shoulder.
“What is it?” I snapped. I wanted to watch this show, not listen to her chatter. Not right now.
“Look whos standing over there.” She said with a bright smile.
“Is that?”
It couldn’t possibly be Dan fucking Flint of You Me At fucking Six. No way. Not in this world.
“Looks like.” Drew answered.
“Should I ask him for a picture?” I mean I love Dan Flint. I’m obsessed with this band, but damn he’s like having a private moment here watching blink-182.
“Okay fuck it.”
“Hey.” I snapped out of trance. WHAT?
“Hello.” I said not believe what was happening right now.
“I’m Dan.” He said with a little smile.
“I know…I mean…I guess…I know your band…uhm…shit…I’m Rou.” I stuttered.
He smiled lightly “That’s nice…Nice to meet you Rou.”
“I was gonna ask you for a picture…but I didn’t want to destroy your private moment.” I said with an awkward shrug.
“I wouldn’t have complained if YOU would have asked me.”
I smiled brightly he was seriously flirting with me “Would it be all too awkward if I would ask you to life me up? They’re starting to play my favourite song and I would like to see it.” I said and regretted it as soon as the words had left my mouth.
“Not at all.” He said and helped me onto his shoulders.
My heart was pounding a rapant beat as the first sounds of ‘Feeling This’ kicked in.
Dan was holding my legs with his hands “Do you see everything?”
“Perfectly fine.” I smiled.

I was singing along at the top of my lungs, not caring what was around me. “You like this song, huh?” Dan asked up to me.
“As I said earlier, it’s my favourite song of theirs.”

“You wanna stay up there?” he asked when the song was over.
“If you wouldn’t mind.”
“You weigh like nothing.” He answered.
They played a few more songs when Dan lifted me off his shoulders. He pulled me in front of him, so my back was pressed against his chest. He held my waist close to his.
It felt as if I had known him forever.
The way his hands held my hips, as if they were supposed to be there.
His thumbs were drawing soft circles on the bones of my hips, as he pulled me closer to him “What if we try to get out of here.” he murmured into my ear.
Fuck was this actually happeing?
His lips came to my neck and softly sucked the sensetive flesh.
“Fuck.” I hissed under my breath.
“If you want to.” He said and spun me around in his arms and pressed his lips onto mine.
“YO! Look at those two!” Mark suddenly yelled.
“They’re like seriously making out.” Tom replied.
“GET. A. ROOM.”
“I don’t mind them making out.”
“Only because she’s good to look at.”
“Okay, because you two there are like totally into this, the next song is yours.”

I’ve been here before a few times
And I’m quite aware, we’re dying

“Thank you London! We’re blink 182! Have a good night!” Mark yelled and then they walked off stage.
Dan took my hand into his and walked me outside the venue.
“So, Rou.” Dan was still holding my hand “You do know thar you’re not gonna get away that easy now?!”.
“You do know that this wasn’t my plan?” I answered and smile up to him.
“Good because I wouldn’t have let you go like that anyway.”
I flashed him a satisfiled smile. It felt good to know that he would try everything to make me stay.
“Come on…but don’t tell me that I didn’t warn you. I didn’t exactly clean up.”
“Your home is probably still cleaner than my shitty dorm room.” I replied with a chuckle “And it’s really kind of you that you let me stay at yours.”
“That’s the least thing I could do for a nice girl.”
Fuck this was completely unreal.
“Still…do you bring every fan you meet at a concert to your home?”
“Only the ones that are really charming and good looking.” Dan smirked at me. I never realized that he could be that charming.
We took the underground to Oxford Street and then walked towards a small side street.
“I didn’t ask you what you’re studying.” Dan asked as we walked.
“I’m studying arts.”
“Wow…all that I can say is that I have a band.”
“Still MUCH cooler than my plans.”
“I think it’s nice. Arts is…cool”
“Whatever.”
“You’re gorgeous.” Dan laughed.
“Nope. Don’t you call me gorgeous.”
“Why? You are. You look incredibly and you’re surely just as pretty inside.” He said and started to search for his keys.
He unlocked the door and led me to his top level apartment.
“You said that it wasn’t cleaned up.”
“This isn’t cleaned up. There’s stuff everywhere.”
“THIS IS FUCKING CLEAN, my dorm room is a mess. This is clean.” I laughed and playfully hammered on his chest, trying to make him understand.
“Fine.” Dan said and put his hands up “I give up.”
Dan showed me to his bathroom and I got off my clothes and put on the shirt he gave me.
“You look better in my clothes than I do.”
“Oh I don’t.”
“Don’t say that.” he said and walked towards me “You are incredibly beautiful. That’s why I talked to you. I’ve seen you standing there before and my mate was having a hard time trying to convince to actually talk to you. I hoped that you would eventually know who I am and come over or something. It took me everything to say ‘hello’. I’ve never met a girl that made me that insecure.”
I swallowed.
His words meant so much that they blurred up my head. I couldn’t think a single thought straight. I didn’t know what to think first.
Was he fooling me?
The pleading look in his eyes told me that he was honest. He actually meant what he said.
“I…honestly don’t know what I’m supposed to say now.”
“You don’t need to say anything. I just wanted you to know.” He smiled lightly “Sleep?”
“Sounds good…I’m actually falling asleep on my feet.” I smiled back at him and helped him to make the bed ready for us to sleep in.
I crawled into the bed next to him and cuddled into his shoulder. Dan snug his arm around me and pulled me futher into his chest.
Not long after I drifted off into sleep, hoping that everything would be the same when I wake up.
