Chapter 6: Kellin's P.O.V
I was on my way back to the band when i heard a phone ringing, i looked over, it was Amelia’s phone. I picked it up and it said “Dad is calling” I found a driveway to turn around in and headed back to her house. Her phone was in fact the only way that i could contact her. I pulled into the driveway and got out of my car, i took a deep breathe as i was walking to the door. I arrived at the door but as soon as i was about to knock i heard a scream. Realizing that it came from inside Amelia’s house i quickly opened the door,
“Amelia!” I yelled in a panic. I went into what looked like the living room only to see Amelia on the floor bleeding and being kicked by her dad. He realized i was there, he didn’t stop kicking though, I ran over and pushed her father away from her, i could tell she had blacked out
“What the hell do you think you’re doing?” Her father said with the look of death on his face.
“Get away from her!” I said.
“No! She is my daughter!” He said. He took a swing at me, i dodged it and tripped him, as he fell i picked Amelia up and ran out the door. I ran to my car with her in my arms, she was pretty beat up, i put her in the back seat and quickly got into the drivers seat. I saw her dad coming out the front door i sped off before he could even get near my car. I just wanted her to be safe.

Amelia’s P.O.V
I woke up in an unfamiliar room, i jumped, i was scared, where the hell was i?
“You awake?” I heard a familiar voice say.
“y-y-yeah” i said. I rubbed my eyes and slowly opened them. It was Kellin and i was in the hospital.
“Wha- What happened?” i said trying to find my words.
“You left your phone in my car, so i went back to your house, i heard you scream, so i entered your house, your dad was… well.. he was kicking you.” he said as i saw the smile disappeared from his face.
“You…you saved me?” i said with a slight smile on my face.
“Yeah, i couldn’t let him continue hurting you” he said.
“Come here” i said. He came over to the bed i was in.
“Yeah?” He asked.
“Thank you” I whispered into his ear. He looked at me with a smile. I smiled back. Then he kissed me.
