Sixteen and Pregnant by a Werewolf
Ch 30:Busted
“ What are you doing here?” I whispered as I ran to my bedroom door to close it.
“ I came to talk to you.” He said.
“ For what? You said what you needed to say to me.”
“ I didn’t finish.”
I sighed and sat on the bed. He sat next to me and sighed before looking into my eyes.
“ I want to be with you.” He said.
“ But?” I asked him.
“ You will be in great danger if you remain human.”
“ You won’t protect me?”
“ I am a lot stronger than those in my clan.”
“ Then there should be no problem with you protecting me.”
“ It will be because I won’t be around you twenty- four seven.”
“ Why not?”
He sighed and looked away.
“ In our clan, the men are allowed to only spend certain amount of time with the girls we date.” He explained. “ Unless we marry, we have to follow those rules.”
“ That’s not fair.”
“ That’s my father’s rules. I wish I could change it, but I can’t.”
“ Who’s your father?”
“ He’s the King of all vampires.”
“ Oh.”
“ Yeah, I will be taking his place soon. I’m not sure when, though.”
“ So you’ll be king?”
“ Yes.”
He looked back at me and smiled.
“ Before anything, my family would have to meet your family and I don’t think they would be happy in meeting them or you. Plus, you’re pregnant. That would definitely put you on their bad list.”
“ Why?” I asked him. “ I didn’t plan to get pregnant.”
“ Then why keep it?”
“ I tried to get rid of them, but they didn’t die.”
“ Abortion?”
“ Yeah.”
“ Well, looks like you’ll be a young mommy of five.”
“ How did you know I was having five?”
“ Nobody gets that big unless there’s more than one in there.”
“ I could be carrying four kids.”
“ Plus, you’re human. Wolves that mate inside their packs carry three to four. You are different.”
I laughed and he smirked at me.
“ So, when can I meet your family?” I asked him.
“ When I tell them about you and plus, we have a lot to discuss.” He said.
“ What else is there to discuss?”
“ A lot more.”
“ Like what?”
He got up and walked to the window. I got up and followed him. He hopped out the window and turned to me.
“ I’ll see you tomorrow.” He said and jumped down.
I looked down and watched him sprint back into the woods. I was about to turn around until I saw a pair of red eyes glaring back at me. My heart stopped when I realized it was Lycann. He shook his head and walked off. I knew that I was in trouble.
“ I came to talk to you.” He said.
