These Things I've Done

Chapter 33.

I watched Kellin walk off. My heart dropped. I looked back at Justin, moving away.
"I'm.. I'm sorry.. I'll be right back." I said, quickly running after him.

"Kellin!" I yelled. He kept walking, moving faster. I knew he heard me. I sped up.
"Kellin!" I said, grabbing onto his shoulder. He turned around, face scrunched up.
"What, Taylor.." He said quietly. I sighed, catching my breath.
"What? That's what you're gonna say? What? How about you explain what you were talking about back there? How about that.." He sighed, looking away.
"It's.. it's not important, Taylor." He said, looking down, kicking at the carpet.
"Well, it sure seemed pretty important back there." I said. He shook his head.
"It's nothing. Go back to Justin. It doesn't matter." He said, turning away again, heading for his bedroom. I quickly followed again, grabbing his arm.

"Justin? Is that what this is about?" I asked. He pulled his arm away.
"No, Taylor. Just.. can we just drop it." He mumbled. He tried turning away again. I quickly moved in front of him, standing in the doorway of his bedroom.
"No. You're not running away.." I said. He glared at me. I bit my lip, keeping my feet planted in the doorway. He sighed, grabbing my waist.
"Fine, then you're coming in with me." He said. My eyes got wide as he effortlessly lifted me in the air, carrying me into his bedroom.
"Put me down!" I said. He held me tightly in his arms as he made his way into his bedroom, shutting the door behind him. I under estimated his strength. I sighed, leaning back against the wall.

"Can you explain now?" I said. He shook his head, now unbuttoning his shirt, throwing it into his hamper. I felt my cheeks get red at the sight of his bare chest. I bit my lip. He looked over at me.
"What.." He said quietly. I shook my head. He then went through his closet, pulling out an old t-shirt, and threw it over his head.

"Why won't you talk to me.." I said. He turned to me.
"Because.." He finally said. "It's stupid. It doesn't matter."
"Don't give me that." I said. "You could barely talk before. I know how you get when you're nervous." His cheeks got red, he turned away again.
"You were nervous.. why were you nervous?" He was quiet.

"Fine.." I sighed. "I'll leave you alone then." He then quickly turned around, his eyes wide.
"N-no.." He said. I sighed, moving away from the wall. He moved close to me, grabbing me, pulling me close. My heart was pounding. He didn't leave much time for me to speak again. Soon, his lips collided with mine. He kissed me hard, pushing me back against the wall, pushing my arms above my head. I sighed as he moved, leaning his forehead against mine.
"Kellin.." I sighed. He leaned in, kissing me again. I ran my hands up his chest, kissing him harder. He moved back, still holding onto me, and lost his balance, falling back onto his bed. I fell on top of him, now climbing up, kissing him again. He moved his hands, grabbing my waist tight. I sighed, gently kissing up his neck. His grip got tighter.

"N-no.." He said. I moved away.
"What?" I said. I stared down at him confused. He sighed, gently moving me off of him. He stood up, now nervously staring down at me.
"What's going on with you, Kellin.." I said. He bit his lip, now holding out his hand.
"I.. I want to do this.. somewhere romantic." He said quietly. I bit my lip. My heart was racing. I reached out, gently taking his hand. He helped me up, pulling me up against him. He gently kissed me again before going into his closet, pulling out a sweater. One for him, and then he handed me one.

"W-where are we going?" I asked. He stared at me for a minute.
"Just.. put it on. It's gonna be cold." I did as he said, pulling his sweater over my head. I sighed at the scent of his cologne. It smelt just like him. I smiled as I quickly followed him out of his bedroom.
