Heartbeat

Dean Winchester is in recovery after receiving a heart transplant. During one visit for a check up he meets Castiel who is currently waiting for a new heart. Dean befriends him as he helps him cope and supports him during his wait. As Dean starts to fall in love though, he's afraid Castiel might not get a heart in time.
