Tohru’s P.O.V.
As soon as Haru had taken off, she had wanted to chase after him, but Kyo grabbed her arm, stopping her.
“Let him be, Tohru. Sometimes a guy’s just got to be by himself.”
Tohru nodded, tears springing forth. She wanted everyone to get along, but she knew that wouldn’t happen for a while. She just had to be sated with them not killing each other.
“It’ll be okay Tohru,” Kyo said softly.
“How? Yuki and Haru will never get along and it’s all because they’re fighting over me!” New and fresh tears splattered her face. They fell quickly, leaving a cold trail behind.
Kyo sighed, “Tohru this isn’t your fault. It’s Yuki and Haru who are at fault here. Don’t let them make you burden the baggage.”
Tohru nodded, trying to smile through her tears, but she was failing.
“It’ll be alright,” he added, trying to dispel her fears.
She nodded, but deep down she knew it wouldn’t be alright.
