I woke up on the sofa on my own with a blanket over me.

I had a text from Friday saying something about he didn't feel too good so he went home and he wouldn't be at school today.

Yay.

Be a man Ryder. You can survive without Friday. I told myself without believing it.

Apparently it was rather obvious that I was terrified of going to school today and I was praying there would be some way of skipping every lesson I had with Shane.

Which would be every lesson I had.

But with Shane comes Charlotte.

Then there's also Nina and Laura.

Oh, and Chance.

I guess I might survive.

Might.

So I got dressed, brushed my teeth and went to school.

Slowly.

Maybe if I bimble enough, I'll be late for school altogether. I told myself hopefully.

Nothing ever goes right.

I made it to school on time, but the day was crappy from the start.

As soon as I walked through the double doors, Shane grabbed me by the arm and dragged me (painfully) into an empty classroom.

"What's your problem?" I snapped, praying someone would save me.

They didn't.

Before I knew what was going on, Shane's lips were on mine and I couldn't do anything to stop it.

When he pulled away from me, I stepped back and contemplated running to find Nina.

"You tell anyone, I'll fucking kill you." He whispered, leaving the room.

Yep, that was an average start to your Tuesday morning, Ry.

I had the worst taste in my mouth for the rest of the day after that.

I miss Friday.
