I guess you're my mum now.
The next morning I woke up alone on the couch, but smelled the scent of pancakes roaming around the house. I got up and ventured to the kitchen. I walked in and saw Danny's mum making a full course breakfast.
"What are you making Mrs. Worsnop?"
"Oh please Ben. You can call me mum now." She smiled widely.
"I've never really had a mum." I smiled sadly at her.
"Oh come here dear." She looked sadly back with her arms outstretched.
I was welcomed into her arms and I felt like my whole world was coming together.
"Thank you." I muttered into her shoulder. Her being slightly taller than me.
"Group hug!!" Danny shouted as he walked into the room. We welcomed him into the hug and laughed. "That smells delicious mum. Are we gonna eat now?"
"Yes Danny." His mother laughed and turned back toward the stove.
"What are you making Mrs. Worsnop?"
