Well, Who's to Say You'll Have to Do it Alone?

-A few days later-

It was like 90 degrees out so me, Jack, Rian, Zack and my cousin Eliza took Caitlyn to the beach. She mainly sat under the umbrella with Jack, she didnt like the heat of the sun or the brightness. Once Jack fell asleep Caitlyn was playing with his hair. I put sunblock on his cheek for her to play with, she lit up with excitement. She giggled and right away smacked him in the face.

"Thats right you tell him" i said and she rubbed the sunblock all over his face

"Oww Caitlyn" Jack said and she got a big glob of it in his mouth

"Ew" i said

"I need to spit" he said

"Okay" i said and pulled Caitlyn away and she whinned

"She likes to abuse you" Zack said and i laughed

"Yep" Jack said rolling over and spitting the sunblock out

"She loves you" i said

"I'll take this, i cant trust you Alex" he said taking the bottle

"Hey" i whinned and Caitlyn made a screech noise

"Oh no shes just like him!" Rian said and i laughed

"Rawr!" i said to Caitlyn

"Arhh" she said turning to look at me

"Moo" i said

"Da" she said

"Daddy" i said

"mnnn" she said

"You two are nuts" Eliza said

"Yes we are" i said hugging Caitlyn and she whinned

"Your crushing her" Jack said

"No im not, come on Caitlyn lets go play in the water" i said getting up and she started whinning and grabbing at Rian

"Want me to go?. Okay" he said getting up

We went down to a sandbar and sat in a tide pool, i held Caitlyn as she hit the water. She kept getting angry because she wanted to be let go. I can already tell shes gonna be a handful a few years from now.

"Man you are the angriest baby ive ever met!" i laughed

"She wants to explore" Rian said

"Yeah but im not letting her do that in water, cant risk anything" i said

"Yeah, here Caitlyn look. Crab" Rian said picking up a hermit and showing it to her and she got excited

"Be nice to it" i said and she picked it up and tryed to put it in her mouth

"No!, not for eating. Its a animal" Rian said prying it from her hand

"Alex were gonna make a sand castle, come back!" Eliza yelled to me

"Okay. Come on baby" i said and we got up and went back to everyone

It was so cute watching Caitlyn try to help with the castle. Zack held a little bucket for her to put handfuls of sand in, it was the cutest thing ever. She mainly kept throwing sand or buckets but it was still cute to watch. Once the castle was finished she just stared at it curiously. I picked her up off the ground, she had a little shovel and she was waving at around whinning.

"Ehhh" she whinned

"What, you want to play with our castle?" i said bending over so she could touch it and she started hitting it with the shovel

"No!" Jack said

"Caitlyn, bad girl" i said standing up straight and she glared at me

"Shes pissed" Rian said and we all laughed

"Jack make her a little castle to destroy" i said and he built a quick little castle

"Here baby girl, go nuts" i said sitting her infront of it and she started ruining it and giggling

"Shes nuts" Eliza said

"Shes adorable" i said

"True" she said

"She loves the water, i think we need to buy her a kiddie pool to play in at the house" i said

"Yeah" Jack said

"Shes watching you Rian" Zack said and Rian looked up from his phone and she was staring at him

"Awww hi Caitlyn" he said and she smiled

"Awww she loves her uncle Rian" i said

"Yeah she does" Rian said and she reached for him and he picked her up and she laid her head on his shoulder

"So freaking adorable!" i said

"Shh i think shes sleeping" he said and i looked and she was falling asleep

"Shes to cute" Eliza said

"Yeah. And this isnt the first time ive held a sleeping Gaskarth" Rian laughed

"What?" i said

"You were drunk dont worry about it" he said and everyone laughed and i flipped him off
