Life is funny that way

Helena and Edgar (whom she called Eddie) were best friends in high school. A lot of their mutual friends told them to be together, but they just shrugged it off. They were too close for that, and were convinced that it'd ruin their friendship.

Over the years, they secretly started to fall in love with each other. They never did or said anything, and when graduation day they were headed to different places. Helena to NYU to study performing arts and hit Broadway, and Edgar to New Jersey where he'd be attending an art school. Although they weren't that far away, it felt like they'd forgotten each other completely.

When they reunite, nothing will be the same.
