I Know I'm Not That Perfect...

"Why the fuck am I forced to wear this at eight in the morning?", I asked Tony when we were sitting in the dressing room.
"I don't know, maybe the coach likes to make fun of you...", he answered while playing on his phone.
"Wow.", I murmured and put off the cat's head. "The headmaster said it would improve the schools atmosphere if a cat walked around the building the whole day...such a stupid idea."
I was pretty pissed, because I ran into this cute new guy this morning again and made a moron out of myself.
"Tony, he hates me now.", I whimpered.
"What? Who hates you?"
"This cute new guy, Austin..."
"Why should he hate
you?"
"Because I bitched at him yesterday and when i apologised this morning I said stupid shit and now he thinks I'm a retarded idiot."
Tony rolled his eyes. "Wow, someone is overdramatic again.", he sighed.
"This is not funny, Tones!!!"
"So, you like him?"
"Yes."
"And you want to talk to him?"
"Yes."
"Then go, do it!"
"No!"
"Why?"
Tony seemed slightly annoyed.
"Because I will ruin it again."
"Guys, it's time to go to hell!", Mike suddenly told us from the dressing room door.
Of course he meant the first class, not real hell.
"Dress up faster, Alan! We're gonna be late again!"

Austins POV

I spent the rest of the day thinking about Alan. And about how I fucked up our talk.
"Austin?"
Maybe if I talk to him again...
"Hey, Aus...!"
But I wouldn't know what to say...
"Austin."
Yes, I would definitely ruin it...
"AUSTIN WAKE THE FUCK UP."
I jumped in my seat, when I realised Shay was talking to me.
"What the heck are you dreaming of?", he asked.
"Erm...Nothing. I'm just tired...", I said while blushing.
"I bet he's thinking of Ginger-boy!", Michael grins.
"I am not...", I wanted to defend myself, when suddenly Tino interupted me: "It's okay, Aus. We're not judging you. By the way, he's standing behind you."
I quickly spinned around and saw Alan standing behind me and smiling shyly.
Ugh.
He's so beautiful.
Stop it, Austin! Try to act like a normal human being!
The others started to laugh when my face colour turned into neon red.
Well, thanks for nothing, guys.
"H-Hey, Alan.", I stuttered.
"Erm...Hi. Er...I just wanted to, erm talk to you..."
"Yeah, sure, let's go."
I took my still empy plate and pushed him to the buffet, away from the other guys.

"I'm sorry, t-they are morons...", I laughed nervously. "What do you wanna talk about?"
"It's okay, erm...I'm actually not sure, my best friend forced me to do this.", he said and glanced angrily at a table where four guys were sitting.
"Oh..."
"Erm, I wanted to ask you if, well Tony wanted me to ask you, if you...want to join the basketball team?", he suddenly asked.
"What?"

Well, I didn't expect that...

"Because you're pretty huge and so we thought you'd may like to...", he said while fumbling around with his hands.

He looked so cute right now, couldn't he just ask for a date? I am too shy for that shit...
"Erm, sure. Why not.", I finally answered.
"Perfect. Erm, just come to the gym after school today, okay?"
"Okay."
"Okay, erm...Oh my god!"
Suddenly he jumped behind me, like he wanted to hide from something.
"What's wrong?", I asked confused.
"My Ex...", He told me.
"Who?"
He pointed at the entry of the hall and I could see Justin walk in.
"Oh my Glob, no, he's coming to talk to me!"
"Hey, I know him..."
"Really?", he asked suddenly.
"Yeah, I talked to him in the park yesterday after school...", I explained.
"Can you talk to him and I run away?"
"Aren't you a bit dramatic right now?"
"No."
"He's your Ex, stop hiding behind me and talk to him.", I said softly.
I could feel him grabbing my shirt at my bag and blushed immediatly.

Suddenly I didn't want him to go talk to Justin anymore.
"Well, I think your right...See you after school?", he said with an asking look on his perfect face.
"I guess..."
"Okay, bye.", he said and went away before I could answer.

Okay, I definitely fell for him...
