Best Places to Be a Mom

The next morning i got up and was dreading the day, we all were gonna hangout at Rians and Breanns to watch those videos. Later i picked up Jack and we headed over to their house to watch the videos. When we got to the house we walked in and everyone was there including Breann and a girl i didnt know.

"Hey" i said

"Hey!. Alex this is my sister Ali, shes a nurse in a maternity ward and has a daughter thats almost a year old. Ali this is our future father" Breann said introducing me to her sister

"Nice to meet you Alex, congrats" Ali said

"Nice to meet you to. Whats going on here?" i asked

"Well my sister is gonna give us all a little lesson" Breann said

"Thats what classes are for though" i said

"But this is free" she said

"Oh, true. But i still feel like im gonna be fucking scarred" i said

"You might be. But who gives a fuck" she said

"Ughhhhh" i said sitting down

"Your doing this just to see our horrified reaction? arnt you" Zack said

"Yes" Breann said

She started the video and i was instantly freaked out, nobody wants to see this shit. After a while i looked over at Rian and he looked scarred, then again i dont blame him because i probably feel the same exact way at the moment. After the video ended i ran into the other room and Jack followed.

"Are you traumatized?" he asked

"Yes" i said

"Well thats what your gonna see" he said

"No!. I will be up near her head, i will not have that view" i said

"Whatever" he said

"Im not going back in there. Shes fucked me up enough" i said

"Come on its not that terrible" he said

"It so is!, is she trying to get me all nervous?" i said

"Shes trying to prepare you for fatherhood. I think its a good idea, you cant just go into it blind" he said

"Well...fuck this is really just giving me a huge reality check like it really just hit me hard. Im gonna be a father" i said

"Yes you are!. And its gonna be amazing!" he said

"Alex, Jack. Please come join us, shes threatening to show us worse shit if you two dont come back!" Zack said walking in the room and Jack gave me a look

"Fine" i sighed

"Thank god!" he said and we all went back into the livingroom

After we left Rians house i was scarred, that shit was to much for me. It made me worrie because thats what im gonna be experiencing. Later that night when Melody got home from work she sat next to me and laid her head on my lap.

"Hey" i said

"Hi" she said

"So how was work?" i asked her

"It was okay, how was your day?" she asked

"Insane. We watched those videos at Rians that i told you about, it was fucking gross" i said

"Well thats reality babe" she said

"Still, it was gross" i said

"Mhm" she said

"I dont have to be down by the doctors during the delivery right?" i asked

"Nope" she said

"Good" i said

"By the way. I talked to my cousin Jessi today, shes gonna let us babysit Ella" she said, Ella was Melodys cousins two month old baby

"Really?" i said

"Mhm. She said she needed a babysitter for tomorrow and i offered" she said

"Tomorrow?!" i said

"Yes" she said

"This should be interesting" i said and she nodded
