Best Places to Be a Mom

Alexs POV:
The next morning i woke up and Melody was gone, then again she did have work today. I took a fast shower and got ready for my day. Later on i left the house to go meet everyone at the studio, as i was going around to open my car door i heard my name being called and i turned around and saw Mrs. Burns.

"Hi" i said

"Hey, so where are you off to?" she asked

"Work" i said

"Nice" she said

"Mhm" i said

"Mom, leave the poor guy alone!" i heard her daughter Mila say, she was walking towards us and she looked like she was dressed for a run

"Whats wrong with just some friendly conversation between neighbors" Mrs. Burns said

"Because its not" Mila said

"Dont worry about it Mila. Anyways i really need to get going" i said

"Mkay. Later would you be able to help me with moving something?" Mrs. Burns said

"Uhmm...sure. I wont be home until atleast like 2 or 3" i said

"Thats fine" she said

"Alright. I'll see you later, see you later Mila" i said

"Bye Alex have fun working" Mila said and i opened my car door, got in and left

I headed straight to the studio, i knew if i made a stop for coffee and ended up being late Rian would kill me. I got to the studio and everyone was minding their own business. When Jack saw me he looked at me really weird.

"Who pissed in your cheerios?" he asked

"What?" i laughed

"You look disturbed...or grossed out...not sure" he said

"My neighbor fucking hit on me this morning basically" i said

"Your kidding" he said

"Nope. And she was extra flirty today, most likely because she saw my dick" i said

"Alex!. You have a lovely girlfriend and a baby girl on the way. Why were you over some ladys house showing her your package?" he said jokingly

"I didnt!. I took off my bathing suit last night in front of a open window, Melody said the neighbor was outside and she saw my crotch" i said

"Thats fucking priceless!" he laughed

"Not really. And im gonna help her with moving somthing later. I dont know why i agreed" i said

"Oh shit!, Zack gave me a ride this morning. Can i come home with you so i can meet this cougar?" he asked

"Sure" i said

We did everything we had to today, i recorded all the vocals without a problem. After we were done me and Jack went home and we relaxed for a bit before heading across the street. I knocked on Mrs. Burns door and she answered, she had this flirty look and i could hear Jack hold back a laugh.

"Hi Mrs. Burns, i hope its okay that i brought a friend to help" i said

"Its fine, call me Karen" she said

"Okay, anyways this is Jack" i said

"Hi" Jack said

"Hey. Come on in you two, Nick is waiting. I was gonna have him help you" she said, Nick is her son

"Alright" i said and we went inside

"Oh hey Alex" Mila said, she was sitting on the couch

"Hey" i said

"I forgot to ask this morning. Hows Melody?" she asked

"Shes good, were actually having a baby. A little girl" i said

"Oh my god!, thats so exciting!. Congrats!" she said

"Thanks" i said

"Yeah congrats. Thats awesome" Karen said

"Thanks. Were so excited" i said

"You should be. Girls are the best" she said sticking her boobs towards me and Jack snorted trying to hide a laugh and i elbowed him in the chest

"Ow" he said

"Are you okay dear?" she asked him

"Fine" he said

She had us follow her upstairs, they had lots of pictures lining the walls and it was just so weird. The pictures just seemed to clean for Karens whore personality. She lead us to a room where Nick was and left us with him.

"Hey" Nick said

"Hey" we said

"So, was my mom being creepy?" he asked

"A little" i laughed a bit

"Sorry about her dude. Shes fucking insane" he said, well atleast he knows his mom is weird

"Yeah" i said

"Okay, we just gotta move this down to the basement" he said

"Alright, sounds good" i said and we helped pick up one side

We carried it through the hall, im surprised we got it through there since their hall is weird. We went down the stairs with it and i could see Karen watching us which made me feel really uncomfortable. We got the desk down to the basement and then Karen came down and asked the three of us to organize the basement and we did and it took a long time.

"Finally fucking done!" Nick said

"Yeah" i said

"Good job!. Thanks so much for helping Nick" Karen said

"No problem" i said

"Do guys want anything to drink?" she asked

"Water" Nick said

"Obviously. Beer for you two?" she asked me and Jack

"Sure" Jack said

"Uhm...i'll have water" i said

"You sure?" she asked

"Yep. Positive" i said

"Alright, be back" she said and went upstairs

"No alcohol!?" Jack said

"I dont feel like drinking right now" i said

"No fun" he said and i shrugged

"I honestly feel like my mom likes you guys more then she likes me" Nick said and we laughed

"Probably, shes always checking me out" i said

"Eww. Im sorry, she loves anything with a pulse. Its creepy" he said

"Same as Jack!" i said

"Hey!. Dont make me seem like a man whore. Im in a relationship" Jack said

A little while later we left Karens and went back home to my house. We hungout and played guitar hero, i wanted to play drums but i couldnt because Rian broke one of our symbols. At around 4 Melody came home looking stressed.

"Hey babe!" i said getting off the floor, me and Jack were searching for somthing under the couch which i never did find

"Hey" she said

"Why are you home so early?" i asked

"They let me leave early" she said

"Sweet. Why do you look so sad?" i asked

"Because i checked my phone and saw i had a message from my aunt asking me to call her. So i called her and she asked if her, my uncle and cousin could stay over here for like a week while their house is being fumigated. I said yes to her.

"Okay...thats fine with me i dont care. But why do you look sad?" i asked

"Because its my aunt thats like super religious and stuff" she said

"Oh. Fuck. When are they coming?" i said

"Friday. I mean i have no clue if she knows im pregnant but i kinda hope she does. I dont wanna have to tell her" she said

"If you have to tell her then whatever, its not a big deal" i said

"It kinda is, shes like my godmother and shes against like sex before marriage and inappropriate stuff. Shes gonna flip when she sees im knocked up" she said

"Oh" i said

"Thanks for knocking me up at a inconvenient time" she said

"Of course!, my pleasure" i said

"Alex" she sighed unamused

"Sorry. Look its gonna be fine!" i said

"I guess" she said

"Damn so my idea of sneaking into your house while your sleeping and drawing boners on the walls isnt a good idea this month?. Shit" Jack said jokingly

"Dick" i said and Melody laughed
