Melodys POV:
Im six months pregnant and everything is getting difficult, i really cant stand not being able to do simple things like shave my legs. This morning i woke up before Alex and decided to be nice and make us both breakfast. I was letting the stove heat up and i went to grab the pancake mix and i dropped it, i sighed annoyed and yelled for Alex.

"Alex?...Alex!...Lex!" i yelled and i heard him running down the hall

"What!?" he said freaked out as he came into the room shirtless

"Hey. Can you pick that up for me?" i asked pointing to the box and he stared at me in disbelief

"Are you fucking kidding me?. I thought something had happened or something was wrong with you!. Dont do that!" he said going to pick up the box for me

"Im sorry. I'd leave it but i need it to make breakfast" i said

"I'll make it, go sit down" he said

"No. I wanna cook for once, your always cooking for me. Besides you were up late last night writing" i said

"Just because i lack a little sleep doesnt mean i cant cook" he said

"Still i wanna do this" i said and he sighed

"Fine. Any plans today?" he said and went to sit at the island counter

"Gonna go visit Eli, you should come. It'd be great if you two could like get along" i said. Eli obviously hates Alex and Alex heard me talking to him on speaker phone the other day and it wasnt good

"Nah im good" he said

"I hate that you two dont get along" i said

"I know but thats the way it is" he said

"Please get along with my brother" i said

"Sorry, hes a dick face" he said and i sighed

I continued cooking without a problem, i made sure i didnt drop anything. I could feel Alex watching me while i cooked and then while i ate and it was super fucking weird. After we ate i decided to go take a shower, while i was scrubbing my hair i heard someone walk in the bathroom and assumed it was Alex.

"Hey babe, why dont you join me?. We havnt bathed together in a long time and i miss seeing your sexy self naked" i said

"Hmmm...well im not Alex and thanks for the offer but i'll need to decline, im taken" i heard Rian say

"What the fuck!?. Rian why are you in here!?" i said feeling embarrassed and i heard him laugh

"I needed to pee really bad and Alex unlocked the door for me. I didnt think you'd fucking hit on me, i was expecting a 'whos there'" he said

"Well i didnt know you were here. Who else should i expect!?" i said

"I dont know but you just hit on your boyfriends friend" he laughed

"I thought you were Alex!. Get the fuck out" i said

"Fine" he said flushing the toilet making the water scolding hot

"Fucking hell Rian!" i yelled and i heard him laugh and then i got out of the shower and got dressed and went into the livingroom

"What are you freaking out about?" Alex asked me

"Rian flushed the toilet and fucking burned me" i said

"Dude!" Alex said

"Sorry!. I wasnt thinking at all!" Rian said

"Clearly" i said bending over to grab my brush but i couldnt reach it

"Having trouble babe?" Alex asked

"Mhm" i sighed and he handed it to me

"My poor baby" he said hugging me and kissing me

"Whatever. Im gonna go visit my brother" i said

"Want me to drop you off?" he asked

"No, im good" i said sliding my feet into my slip on vans. Im so glad i got these since they're so easy to put on

I left the house and drove to Elis, i was so happy to go see my brother without Alex since they hate eachother. I got to Elis and knocked on the door, after about five minutes he answered.

"Hey baby sister!. What brings you here?" he asked letting me in

"I just came to visit" i said

"Oh. Okay. No Alex?" he asked

"Nope hes home" i said

"Prick couldnt just like drop you off or drive you or something?" he asked

"He was gonna but i said not to" i said

"Why?" he asked

"You. Your such a asshole to him" i said

"Not all the time" he said

"A lot of the time. I know you hate him and he hates you. Its annoying" i said

"Well theres no way to fix this situation" he said

"I think there is. Come over to our house tonight, bring Marie" i said

"Alright?" he said confused

My plan was to have a dinner thing to try to get them to get along, hopefully it worked. I told Alex the plan and he said he was having Rian and Breann be there to make it less awkward. Later that night i was trying to finish making the food and i heard a knock on the door.

"Rian wanna get that for me?" i asked

"Sure" Rian said going to answer the door

"I cant believe were doing this. Your brother fucking hates me" Alex said leaning against the counter next to me

"Hey Mel" Eli said coming into the room with Marie

"Hey" i said as he kissed my cheek

"So what is this...a triple date?" he aske me

"Guess so" i laughed

"This is my bandmate Rian and his girlfriend Breann. Guys this is Melodys brother Eli and his girlfriend Marie" Alex said introducing everyone to eachother

"Hey" Eli and Marie said to them and Rian and Breann said hi back

"So can i help you with the food?" Eli asked me

"Nope" i said

"Come on your pregnant, you shouldnt exert yourself to much" he said

"Exactly. Im pregnant not injured. I can do whatever i want" i said

"Come on" Eli said

"Nope" i said and i dropped the spoon i was holding and i tried to bend over to grab it but i couldnt

"Why even try babe?" Alex asked grabbing it for me and throwing it in the sink

"Lex!" i said

"I'll get you a new one. That one touched the dirty floor" he said

"Fine" i said

"Here this is clean" he said passing me a new spoon

"So, how has everything been going?" Eli asked leaning against a counter crossing his arms

"Fine" i said

"Good. Being nice to my sister Gaskarth?" Eli asked Alex

"Of course" Alex said

"Okay good. So what last name is this baby getting?" Eli asked me

"Gaskarth obviously" i said

"Why?" he asked me

"Because Alex is the father. Thats kinda how it goes" i said

"Well i hope Alex didnt push you into this decision" he said

"He didnt. Shes his daughter and it was just common sense to give her his last name" i said

"Mhmm" he said and i rolled my eyes

"Why dont you all go in the other room and hangout and talk. Breann and Marie can stay" i said

"Fine" he said he left the room with Alex and Rian

I continued to cook and talked to Marie and Breann, it was a lot less tense with the men out of the room. They both seemed to get along which was awesome because i always thought they had the same personality. After a while i heard yelling come form the kitchen, i shut off the stove and we all went in the livingroom to see Rian in between Eli and Alex.

"What the fuck is going on in here?!" i said

"Your brother is a asshole" Alex said

"Im just speaking the truth" Eli said

"What?" i said confused

"He said i'd be a shitty father. That i wouldnt be there for the baby and you. If i wasnt going to then i'd be gone by now!" Alex said

"I bet you wont stick around. You don't seem like the type" Eli said

"Yeah because you know me so well!" Alex said sarcastic and rolled his eyes

"Shut the fuck up!. Both of you!" i said

"Baby sister i know you want us to get along but its not gonna happen" Eli said

"I think you need to. Your gonna be her uncle and hes gonna be her father. I really think you two should be civil because i dont need her growing up around you two hating each other" i said

"I cant be civil with someone who thinks i'll be a shitty father" Alex said

"Eli. Apologize, Alex is gonna be a good father and you know it but your to blinded by the stupid rockstar stereotype" i said and Eli glared and i urged him

"Fine...sorry" Eli mumbled

"Thank you" Alex said

"Alex. Apologize" i said

"Why!?. I didnt do anything!" he said

"For fighting with him" i said

"Ughh......sorry" Alex said

"Yay now were a little closer to a good happy relationship" i said
