Alexs POV:
Melodys been doing good coping with the pregnancy, then again shes not really big yet so its a little easier. Shes been having her shitty days though and i really cant blame her, i'd hate to be puking knowing it'll happen again. I got up this morning and went out to the living room where Melody was lying on the couch.

"Hey, your up early" i said sitting next to her

"So are you" she said

"Couldnt really sleep" i said

"I wish that was my reason" she sighed

"Not feeling good?" i asked

"Nope. Ive been puking on and off since i woke up, and my back hurts" she said

"Aww, im sorry" i said knowing the feeling. I had food poisoning a few months back and i had the same symptoms and evertime i'd puke the back pain would get a thousand times worse

"Mhmm" she said and my phone wrang and i answered it

"Hello?" i said

"Alex!. Band breakfast, come join?" Jack said and i looked over at Melody who looked miserable

"I dont think so. Melodys sick, i'd be in a panic the entire time if i left her" i sighed running my hand through my hair

"Whats up?" Melody asked

"Jack wants me to go out for breakfast with him, Rian and Zack. I dont think i wanna" i said

"You should!. Go have fun" she said

"No. I can't" i said

"Seriously i want you to" she said

"Really?" i said

"Yes!" she said and i nodded

"Jack. I'll go" i said

"Yay!, im coming to pick your ass up. Get ready!" he said and hung up

I took a fast shower and threw on some clothes, i didnt exactly have time to really plan out my outfit. Jack arrived before i could get my left shoe on and we left to meet up with Rian and Zack. When we got to the diner they were already at a table so we went and sat with them.

"Hey" we said

"Hey" they said

"So, hows Melody?" Rian asked

"Fine. Sick, but fine" i said

"Morning sickness?" he asked

"Yep" i said

"That sucks" he said

"Mhm" i said running a hand through my hair

"Has she puked in your car...or your hair yet?" he asked

"Uhmm...what the fuck, no" i said giving him a odd look and he held his hands up in defense

"Im just saying, my cousin puked in my car once when she was like 5 months. And then my other cousin once puked in my hair" he said

"Thats fucking disgusting Rian. Thank you for the terrible mental image" Zack said

We had breakfast and talked, it was actually fun to just be out just us guys. As happy as i was i still was anxious about Melody, i was worried as fuck. As Jack was trying to stick a fork-full of food into my mouth my phone wrang and i answered it.

"Hello?" i said answering my phone while Jack was still messing with me

"Alex. Can you come home?" Melody asked and i pushed Jacks hand away and sat up

"Whats up babe?" i said and Jack tryed bothering me again and i gave him a serious look and mouth 'Melody' and he switched to Zack

"I-...i dont know, i just dont feel good. Somthing doesnt feel right" she said

"What do you mean?" i asked pushing Jack out of the booth

"Can you please come home?" she asked

"Were on our way" i said once i was out of the booth

"Hurry" she said and hung up

"Fuck!. Jack, we need to go. Melodys sick and i dont know if she needs medical attention but it doesnt sound good" i said

"What?. Alright, lets go" he said and i pulled out money and put it on the table

"Call me if you need me" Rian said and i nodded and dragged Jack out of the diner

The ride home was the longest ive ever experienced, i was just overly anxious. Once i was home i took Jacks keys and used his spare to get inside, Jack had a key to our house because i wanted him to have it. We walked over to the bathroom and Melody was sitting on the floor.

"Hey" i said

"Hey" she said

"Are you okay?" i asked

"No. I feel like shit" she said

"Im sorry" i said rubbing her back and she started gagging and then threw up in the toilet

"Eww" Jack said leaning on the doorframe

"Jack" i sighed annoyed and he shrugged and then she gagged again making me gag

"Oh please dont vomit. I cant deal with both of you!" Jack said and i walked out into the hall

"Alex dont gag, you know i cant handle that noise" Melody said

"Im good" i said

"Good" Jack said grabbing my by my shoulder and he pushed me into the bathroom

"So. You called me and made me like really freaked out, do you need to see a doctor?" i asked

"I think so. I weighed myself to make sure my weight was okay, i lost like 2 or 3 pounds" she said

"Alright. Come on sunshine" i said helping her up

She called her doctor and they told her to come in now, i was so happy that we didnt have to wait for a appointment. Me and Jack drove her there and we sat in the waiting room which was kinda filled surprisingly. After a while we got called in and the doctor came in a few minutes after.

"Hey guys" the doctor said

"Hi" we said

"So, i hear your morning sickness is bad?" she said to Melody

"Yeah its been pretty bad since last night" Melody said

"Last night?" i said confused

"Mhmm. I didnt wanna worry you to much" Melody said and i put my head in my hands in frustration and Jack just patted my back

"Calm down Lexi, your such a fucking worrier" Jack said

"Well i need to know how bad its been" the doctor asked Melody

"Ive just been throwing up a lot today. Ever since i got up ive puked like every hour and not a little bit either" Melody said

"I see, any pain or anything?" the doctor asked

"Yeah. Just on my sides and back" Melody said

"Okay. Thats normal, probably just your skin stretching and the back pain is just pain" the doctor said

"Good" Melody said

"Yeah. But im gonna give you a prescription to help with the nausea, okay?" the doctor said

"Alright" Melody said

"Okay lets take a look at the baby now, just to check everything out" the doctor said and Melody nodded lying back on the table

The doctor took a look at the baby and everything looked fine, which was a huge weight off me. After she got checked out we went home and she laid in our room watching tv. Me and Jack were hanging out in the livingroom.

"Crazy day today, huh?" Jack said

"Totally" i said

"Me, you, Rian and Zack should all go out and do somthing insane. You need to just let loose" he said

"Like what?" i asked

"Like skydiving" he said

"Fuck no" i said

"Fucking party pooper" he said and i laughed
