A Part of the Team

2 hours later
We where all in Fleury and Crosby's room and the food came and we sat there and Crosby asked
"so what happened, Hayley?"
"I just got lost it fine."
Talbo said
"Well what did you mean before?"
"Well I kinda ran into the Blackhawks and I am pretty sure I am the laughing stock to the entire team."
Malkin said
"No, no one should make fun of you."
I shrugged my shoulders and said
"I better get some sleep and you guys should too."
The next morning I changed to http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=99068549. We all got in this huge van it was going to be the last game before the guys would go to West Point. We get to the United Center and split up to where we have to be. While we where walking up the ramp to the bench I heard Staal calling out my name. I turned to see this bright red Gatorade bottle I said
"Thanks it's perfect and matches my hair."
"Yeah that was kinda the point."
We laughed and I said
"thanks."
"Its no problem we just didn't want you to get into that situation again so yeah."
I hugged him and said
"Thanks."
I ran up to the other medical staff I showed John and said,
"Look!"
He smiled and gave a thumbs up. Fans had already filled the seats The teams came out and our bench was in the middle so both teams could be seen during warm up. I looked at Toews and grabbed my drink and raised it and mouthed
"Thanks for the help."
He winked and continued warming up. The guys went back and we continued prepping. And the game came and little things would happen people being pushed into our bench. That was before Tanger said
"Hey you know they are talking about you right?"
I sat beside him and said "Who?"
"the entire Blackhawks team."
"Is it bad things or good things?"
"Depends how you look at it."
"Come on tell me what they said."
"You know if it was really bad we would step in."
"Your avoiding the question Tanger."
"They said that you where amusing, funny, and hot."
I stood up and posed and said
"Really? hm I think that just made my day."
He laughed and said
"Sit down before you get them excited and I really have to kick their asses."
I laughed with him and the Coach said
"Tanger go!"
I waved and he said
"Bye hun."
The game went bye really fast until the end. We where tied and it came down to a shoot out. Flower was in the net and I was terrified. Then it came to the avail that they could not get one puck in the net I was so happy that i stayed in the hallway and as soon as I saw Flower I yelled
"FLOWER!"
I ran and jumped in to a hugged and said
"You did it, we won."
I got down and walked with him and I told him how great he was. He went to the locker room and I went outside to wait for the guys. I figured I would try to get in the bus because it was dark outside, windy, and freezing cold, and there where drunk people all over the place. My family is full of alcoholics and I hate alcohol because I hate the memories tied to it. I sat in front of the bus because I did not have the key to get in the building and I did not have the key to the bus. The loneliness started to settle in the thoughts came back then the tears came. I felt someone sit next to me I decided not to look so no one could see me like this. Someone leaned me against them and I recognized the sent of Crosby. All he said is
"I promise you, you will never be alone. Now you have true brothers and a true family. I promise you will never be alone. I love you, sis."
