Just One for Me

“A story so sweet and sappy, you’d think Mrs. Buttersworth wrote it.”

Jayden was in love. He was in love with a girl with dark brown hair, darker eyes, and a feisty attitude. He'd known her since high school, and she drove him mad with the way she twisted her soft hair between her fingers. The sweet smell of her perfume would fill his nostrils and he'd just sigh. She was intelligent and easy to talk to, something he appreciated when it was late at night and he had nothing to do.
