I've been up all night thinking about Alan. I need to talk to Shay. I looked at the time. 12:30 a.m. I grabbed my phone and texted Shay saying I needed some advice.
Shay: Advice on what?
Austin: I want to propose to Alan.
Shay: Wow. Wasn't expecting that. Are you serious? Or is this just one of your midnight ideas?
Austin: I've had it on my mind lately and it's finally keeping me up at night. Yes, I'm serious.
Shay: I think you should. You two are practically made for each other. But where are you going to get a ring?
Austin: I have a thousand in my savings account.
Shay: Do you want me to come with you to buy one?
Austin: Yes. Thank you. I'm going to try to sleep. Night Shayko.
Shay: You're welcome Night.
I locked my phone and laid back down. After a few minutes, I fell asleep.
