Me and Matt came back from Toronto a couple days ago because he had hockey to worry about and I had my job to worry about. So anyways today was January 16 - which means today is Matts 23rd birthday. I still didn't know what to do for him today, hopefully they would win against the blue jackets today.
So I guess I'll just do some breakfast in bed, but of course with my cooking I woke up Matt.
"Mmmm smells good, what you cooking good looking?" He said with a grin and came over and hugged me.
"Well ... I was supposes to make you breakfast in bed but that obviously backfired, so I'll take you out for dinner today after the game." I said hugging him back
"Ok sounds good !" He said happily
"So anyways HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATTY!!!" I screamed
"Well geeez thank you" he laughed
"Ok well eat up we haft to get going for practice and then later on the game" I said
"Yeah ok"

"C'mon pass the puck!" I screamed at Gabe
We were creating a 3 on 2
Gabe passed the puck and I shot hard at the net, I saw it slam at the back of the net. Right through the 5 hole.
"Yeah buddy!" I heard Gabe come and pat me on the head
I saw Amanda screaming and smiling, that goal was for her. We were now winning 2-1 and I already scored 2 goals.
1:30 left in the 3rd period and the jackets goalie left the net. It was empty net and I got a pass... I shot right at the net and heard the horn go off - also a bunch of hats rain on the ice. I got a hat trick !!! So we ended up winning 3-1, what a birthday for me.
-After the game at dinner-
"That was a nice hat trick you got today!" I heard Amanda say to me
"Yeah that was for you" I answered blushing
"Awwe!"
"I love you so much!"
"Me too babe!" She answered
I kissed her lightly and she smiled. We left the restaurant and rushed back to the apartment because well it was snowing.
We went back to our rooms and that was it for tonight. She was like my angel.
