Mike’s POV- January 2014
I lied on my back as Marisol cuddled next to me.
“Leg ok?” I asked.
She nodded into my side and sighed.
“Yea, it’s just mild discomfort right now”
I nodded and she began tracing small patterns on me.
“We need to put something on”
“Why must you dress me after sex?” I mumbled.
She laughed lightly.
“Because I really don’t want my brother to see me naked”
I laughed and she sat up.
“Shower?”
“Yea” I mumbled as I sat up as well.
Her make up was smeared and her hair was everywhere. I heard the Velcro noise of her brace as she slipped it off and she got a towel and made her way to the bathroom. We had a bathroom connected to our room so we really didn’t have to go to the hall to shower. I followed her and I closed my eyes as the nice warm water hit me.
“Did you happen to see the time?”
“It’s 5” I mumbled.
“I’m going to be so exhausted”
I laughed lightly. We’d gotten back about 2 hours from the New Years/Jeff’s Birthday party.
“What time is your flight?”
She began washing her face and I tried to remember my flight time.
“Like 4. We were having morning practice in St. Louis” I said.
She nodded and turned to me.
“Give me your sponge”
I laughed and handed it to her.
“They announce the US national team today”
“I know, some of the guys got their phone call. Lewie didn’t make the team” I said.
“Such a shame, I just hope they make a nice good team with chemistry”
I nodded and I looked at her.
“Who are you rooting for?” I asked.
“Team North America! It’d be nice if you made the team though”
“What about Hawaii?” I asked as she kissed my cheek.
“Hawaii could wait. I supported you last time”
“It’s be nice if you were only cheering for Canada” I told her.
“I played for the US Mike…you can’t switch me that easily”
“Not asking you to” I mumbled as I turned around and let her scrub my back.

Sorry i didn't post anything yesterday but i was at a dodger game and then i wasn't home until 10. We had family over and well i forgot. I decided to post at 2am since i can't sleep.
