Chapter 27
The drive to the venue was okay, well okay for me and Anne, Dad and Ashton wouldn't stop complaining about how tight it was in the back and i just kept reminding Ashton that it's his fault. The ride didn't take long and Ayla was just starring at Ashton the whole time and when he wasn't complaining, he was playing with her.
Once we were parked by the back of the venue, Ashton carried Ayla and dad took the stroller and bags leaving me, Anne and Harry to just stroll in behind them. The stroller was only so Ayla had somewhere to sleep in, i knew with the amount of people here, she would be in someones arms every second.
We reached the boys dressing room ang they all jumped up to greet Ayla
"Oh i see how it is, ive been replaced by my child" i faked huffed
"you know you're still my favourite" Luke said coming over to me and hugging me
"sure that's why you went to her first"
"Hey gotta save the best to last right" he said nudging me
"are you saying my daughter isn't good enough"
"no, i er" he stumbled
"shut up Lukey i'm joking"
i hugged Michael and Calum too before Michael proceeded to play with Ayla on the floor, luke and Calum joining them
"Say rock and roll guys" i shouted with my phone pointed at them, they didn't move from playing with Ayla.
@OliviaJess So punk rock backstage right now" i added the picture while i sat next to Ashton
"Wait i thought you said you had soundcheck at 2, did you miss it because you were home"
"no i lied, i just didn't want you thinking i had time to come home"
"oh so you could surprise me in my mid dance"
"oh yeah, it was well worth it" he winked
"oh yeah Liv, nice dancing" Michael said
"Shut up, i was making her laugh"

"i told you it was a bad idea to post it"

"well today, i was in my room with Ayla minding my own business dancing to our favourite song and when it ended i got a notification from twitter and it was this idiot and he had been watching me like a creep from the door"
"What have i told you about locking doors Olivia" dad said
"dad, he has a key, it's his house"
"oh yeah never mind" we all laughed
"no Ayla, that's mummys job"
i looked over and Ayla was banging her head on Calums chest, which is what she has started to do when she wants milk
i picked her up and went to her bag to get the cover up, mainly because Harry is in the room and sat back next to Ashton and carried on what was going on just with a baby stuck to me.
"so what time do your parents get here guys"
"not till around doors, they were all busy so they are just coming then" Michael said
"oh yeah and Liv, the headphones for Ayla are by the stage, they are bright pink"
"okay good, don't want her to be deaf before shes even one"
"So whats the plans for after this" Anne asked
"after this show or tour" Ashton asked
"Well this show marks the end of tour so both"
"we don't leave for the rest of tour till after Christmas"
"So you're spending Christmas here" Harry asked
"Yeah, i am buddy"
"good, it was weird last year without you"
"well this year will be special"
we carried on light conversations for a while. before about 30 minutes before their settime. the opening Act had just come off stage, not going to lie, i have no idea who they are, i never bothered to ask Ash, but they sounded alright.
"Oh babe, wait i have something for you" i got up handing ayla to my dad on my way to my bag, i pulled out a shirt and on it said "i'm the drummer" i held it up and evryone laughed
"really Liv"
"come one, it's her first show it's cute" i said pointing to our shirts.
he rolled his eyes
"at least let me get a picture"
"fine we can take a picture"
"and make it good i plan to frame it"
he took of his shirt and put that one on.
"okay stand up with her" i said getting my dad to pass Ayla to him.
"okay move her a little so we can read her shirt and yours" i adjusted their shirts so you could read them and snapped a picture on my phone
"Olivia, you get in now" Anne said
i stood next to Ash and hi put his arm around and and we all smiled, well Ayla just looked at Harry making faces next to Anne which made me giggle a little.
"okay i want one of Liv and Ay" Ash said
i took Ayla and he pulled out his phone
"smile for Daddy Ay"
i tickled her a little to make me laugh and he snapped the picture

it was so fun watching them perform again and watching Ayla watch them, i can't wait to watch her grow up enjoying this. Even though part of me is concerned shes going to want to be like her uncles and drop out of school and start a band, which in no way in hell is she doing, she will finish school no matter how much her uncles tell her it was the best thing they ever did to drop out. Ash graduated, Luke studied on the road, Calum and Michael are the bad influences and seeing as right now Michael is her go to uncle, she is going to listen to him a lot. Ash and I have a long road ahead of us.
