Riley Harper is a girl who has been through it all. Most of which she'd like to bury deep down inside and never have to revisit ever again. But life isn't that easy. Her mom is a train-wreck and a constant reminder of what life could be if she would have stayed on her destructive path. But now that she's found some semblance of balance between art school, work and her best friends, Nate and his menacing smile come in to the mix. Riley, who feels a strange pull towards him, knows she can't afford the distraction that is Nathan Murphy. But with Nate, everything feels different; backwards even.
