Alexandria (‘Alexia’) Helesteanu, 26, is a qualified researcher and advocate for the protection of dragons. She actively campaigns against the illegal capture and trading of dragons across Europe. Conducting research into illegal gangs of traders, often receiving and translating tip-offs, she works closely alongside covert investigators, such as Ross (‘Sully’) O’Sullivan.
She is half-Romanian, having being born in Bucharest before being sent to study in the United Kingdom, and travelling extensively across Europe. Now, she works for the Romanian Dragon Sanctuary -- one of Europe’s largest dragon preservation centres.

She must rely on her quick-wit, courage and experience to ensure the dragons they are abusing are brought to a safe place, without risking the exposure of herself, and the organisation which she represents.
