Niley: The Real Story

I quickly walked in and sat next to Joe and Kevin. Joe was talking to Demi but they all became quiet when I walked in and stared at me in shock. I sat down on the couch and looked down. I looked up again and they were doing their own thing now. Joe leaned over and whispered,
"I finally got Demi's number!" I smiled at him and sat there in silence. They were watching High School Musical and no seemed to mind so I decided to watch it also. Selena looked at me with a look of sympathy on her face and so did Demi. Kevin was talking to Miley quietly until she said,
"Hey guys I'm gonna go get more popcorn. I'll be right back." Joe came to where I was sitting and asked,
"Hey I know you like Selena. Why don't you go try to get her number." He smiled and looked towards Selena. I figured that couldn't hurt so I went and sat down next to her.
"Hey, um, I was wondering that since I'm always on tour and I'm not gonna be home for a while soon, well ,if I could get your number and then I could call you and we could hang out sometime," I felt my face getting hot and she looked at me with her cute smile and gave me her number.
"You're cute when you get nervous and shy," she whispered in my ear just in case anyone would hear.I smiled and whispered back,
"And you're cute all the time." She started laughing and whispered,
"Thank you Nick. Can I get your number too since you have mine already."
"Yeah," I gave her my number as Miley walked in and saw Selena punching my number into her phone and saw me staring at Selena.
"Nicky come here and sit next to me, since you know I am your girlfriend,"She exclaimed emphasizing the last few words. I looked at her and knew she was jealous. I sat next to her and looked at Selena who looked hurt, but that was interrupted by Miley who pulled me close and pressed her lips against mine. I didn't kiss back because I was in too much shock. I quickly pulled away. I looked away and everyone was frozen staring at us and Miley told me,
"I love you Nicky." She smiled and pulled me close to her not caring what everyone thought. We sat there and Miley wouldn't let go of me the whole time until she went to the bathroom and she told me to stay there and wait for her. Selena looked at me with the same face she had when I first saw her at the park. Her eyes were swelling up with tears and she whispered something to Demi and she whispered something back and they both looked at me. I put my head in my hands and didn't look up until I heard a voice whisper to me,
" I'm sorry Nick. I really don't want to mess with you and Miley's relationship. I'm so sorry it's all my fault." I looked up and saw Selena still with watery eyes.I couldn't help but look into her eyes and I grabbed her hands.
" It's not your fault. It's -"
"Selena? What are you doing?" We looked up and saw Miley standing about a foot away. She let go of my hands and jumped back.
"Can I talk to you really fast Selena?" Miley asked fiercely. She walked with her to the hallway by Miley's room and we heard everything she said.
" Nick is my boyfriend so stay away! I don't want you near him anymore Selena! I know people at Disney and I could get you fired! So stay away! I can't believe you would do that. I know you and Nick were doing something before you got here. You guys didn't just happen to get here at the exact same time!"
"Its not what you think Miley! It was just a coincidence."
"Sure it was a coincidence then why were you whispering in his ear earlier and later holding his hand?!"
I couldn't stand listening to her yell at Selena like that. I walked to the hallway and Miley stopped yelling.
"Miley leave her alone! I was ready early so I decided to come over early but no one was here so I went for a walk and ended up at the park. I saw Selena there and started talking to her cause she was alone! We talked for a little while and realized that the time was later than we thought so we walked over here! Its not her fault! I was asking her a question and we were whispering cause it was private!"
" Are you defending her? Nick you are my boyfriend! Why-"
" DEMI! JOE!" Mandy yelled from the other room. We ran into the other room and saw Demi and Joe kissing. They pulled away and looked at us.
"Miley they kissed ," Mandy spilled, "I tried to talk them out of it but then Joe and Demi kissed because they figured it was ok because Nick and Selena did the last time they were here." I couldn't believe her. Miley looked at Selena like she was ready to tear her eyes out. She looked at me and yelled,
"Nick? Do you even like me anymore!" her eyes became watery and red. I stood there in shock as I was trying to realize what had just happened in this last minute. I felt like there was a huge lump in my throat. I couldn't answer that question.
