Niley: The Real Story

I stood there frozen like I was stuck to the ground. I looked away trying to avoid eye-contact with Miley. I caught Selena's eyes but then I turned and saw Miley. She burst into tears and ran to her room with Mandy following. I went after her but Kevin stopped me,
"Not a good time Nick. I'll go talk to her." I walked back to the living room and on my way I passed Demi and Joe who were making out again but this time in the hallway. I entered the room and found Selena crying hard sitting on the couch. She looked up and sobbed,
"Nick I am so sorry! I didn't ever want this to happen. I like you but I never meant to mess with you and Miley. Its all my fault!"
"Its not your fault. It's mine. Don't cry,"I said as I wiped a tear from her face,"I really want to stay friends. Can you promise me that whatever happens between me and you and Miley that you will always be my friend?"
"Yeah," she replied still sobbing. I reached out for her and hugged her. I pulled her close to me and let her cry until Kevin came in the room. He looked disappointed and said,
"Um excuse me Selena but I need to borrow Nick for a while." She let go and walked to the bathroom to go wash her face. I followed Kevin to the hallway and we stopped where Joe and Demi were making out.
"Ahem!" Kevin coughed. Joe and Demi pulled away gasping for air and looked at us.
"Yes can I help you guys?" Joe asked.
"Demi I need to borrow Joe for a while,"Kevin looked at the time on his phone and continued," Well its getting late so we will be going home. Can you tell Selena while I go say bye to Miley and Mandy please." She walked away to go find Miley and flashed Joe a smile as she walked away. He started to laugh and stopped when he noticed we were watching him. Kevin walked into Miley's room and said,
"Miley? Mandy? Me and my brothers need to be home soon so we will be leaving. Bye Miley. Bye Mandy." I heard Miley continue to cry and I heard Mandy say bye for both of them. Kevin came out of the room with a blank face and didn't look at me. It was all quiet when we were walking home except when Joe would laugh every ten seconds because he was obviously texting Demi. Kevin told us he needs to talk to both of us in his room so me and Joe went into his room and sat on his bed while Kevin remained standing.
"What was wrong with you guys today? Did you just forget all your manners? Joe, you're not supposed to kiss a girl in someone else's home! That was really inappropriate. And you guys wouldn't stop!" He lectured.
"But it was fun and besides she's a really good kisser. And we didn't kiss the whole time. We also flirted and talked," Joe replied with a smile as he went back to texting Demi.
"Just don't do that again Joe. Nick where do I start? You're not supposed to flirt or even hold hands with a girl who is not your girlfriend! And you guys were at the park together?! Miley really likes you. If you don't like her then break up with her and don't put her through this. Then you can be with Selena and kiss her all you want and-" I cut him off,
"Look Kevin stop yelling at me because I really don't know who I like and I don't wanna talk about it until I know for sure!" I yelled as I left the room. Kevin yelled after me,
" Well you have to make up your mind soon because we are touring with Miley!"
