I'm Not What You Expected.

It had been four days since I lost saw Jacob at the beach, I couldn't stop thinking of him, he was constantly in my head making me loose concentration, I started to realize it was probably because I was falling in love with him, or maybe it was just a simple crush, whatever the reason was it was still not good, he is a werewolve and I'm a vampire, those two things don't match, werewolves exist to kill us off.

Love and its complications.

"Did Edward go to one of his camping things?" Angela spoke

"Yeah but he said he was going to be here today."

Great.

I wasn't looking forward to seeing Edward as seeing he kind of discovered my little secret, and I was pretty sure he had something to say about it.

"Seems like you're not looking forward to something." Bella pointed out

"I'm really not."

"Oh what is it?"

"Just a class." I smiled

"we all have those classes." Angela nodded

"Calculus." I sighed lying

Bella nodded, she knew what I was talking about we had the same class together.

"Bella!" Alice came running

"Hey Alice." Bella replied

"You're coming with me right now." She said happily

"Where?"

"I can't tell you it's a surprise!"

Before Bella could protest, Alice to her hand and dragged her to the parking lot.

"She truly is strong." Angela spoke

"yeah she really is." I agreed

From the distance I saw Ben walking towards us, I smiled at Angela and started to walk away.

"See you!" I told him

"Later."

I started heading for class before somebody took my wrist, I sighed and looked at Edward.

"What is it?" I sighed

"I think you know?" He stated

"Why don't you tell me?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

He looked at me then started to pull to the parking lot.

"Did you tell Alice to get Bella away?" I asked as I tried to pull away

Edward didn't reply just managed to keep on pulling me, I ended up being stuck in his car.

"What game are you playing at?"

"Game? I want to play." I smiled

"Lene!" He raised his voice

"Edward!" I mocked him

"Who exactly are you?"

"Lene Ann Smith." I replied

He glared at me for my smart ass remark.

"Are you done yet?" I asked him

"Answer me one question."

"Um..."

Before I could say no, Edward went ahead and asked the question.

"When is your birthday?"

I wasn't expecting that.

"June fifteen nineteen ei-ninety"

Damn, I messed up.

I had stopped breathing without really realizing, now he was staring at me thinking he was crazy from thinking I could be a vampire, but he knew things didn't add up, he always saw me eating, and I had never missed a day of school.

"You should be dead."

"What?"

"You haven't been breathing for five minutes."

I looked at him then got out the car as fast as a human could, and made my way back to school.

He knows.
