We were all sitting in the waiting room. They told us Dayna needed her rest cause she has been through a lot, and that was perfectly understandable, even though Gerard didn't want to leave her. We were chilling, talking and laughing. I heard this odd noise in the distance, it sounded really weird. I think it might have been a patient pushing their doctor call button or something. All of a sudden a million nurses went running in the other direction. We had no idea what was going on. I looked over at Gerard, he had immediately turned sheet white. We looked and we saw a nurse walking back slowly in our direction.
