Intensity

I had dreamed about this…

For Cullen to finally find me, and get me away from this place… from him, from the strange feelings that Patrick had stirred up in me. This was just too much. Cullen grabbed my hand before I could say a word and had me out of the wretched manor before a thought could go through my mind.

Once we were outside, he pulled me to his chest and told me to hold on tightly. I did, and it felt like we were at his home within moments. Hesitantly, he let go, his fingertips lingering by the small of my back. I shivered involuntarily, and he wrapped his arms back around me.

“Cold?” he whispered as if speaking too loudly would frighten me. I shook my head from side to side, and leaned my head on his chest. I could hear a faint heartbeat. And here I thought they didn’t have heartbeats.

“My body hurts,” I mumbled, breaking away from him and scanning the room for somewhere to sit. I didn’t feel too great. I swayed on my feet as another wave of dizziness went through my body.

“Damn,” he growled, as he reached out and grabbed a hold of me again. “You should lay down.”

He led me up a flight of stairs and past many doors until we finally got to the familiar door that led into his room.

“Is Alec still here?” I asked as I followed him into the room. Cullen shook his head no as he led me past the entertainment center that Alec once occupied and through the double doors that I knew were to Cullen’s room. The room was just as dark as before, his bed still untouched. I reached for Cullen, and brushed my hand against his stomach. I inhaled sharply as I felt his muscles contract against my fingertips. Within moments, I felt his hot breath cascading down my spine. He was right behind me. I leaned back slightly pressing my body against his; he stirred up so many emotions in me. So many of them were the ones that I wanted. Not the forbidden ones that Patrick stirred. Not the confusing ones. I let out a moan as he slid his hand along my hip line, his fingers playing with the hem of the shirt that I had found in the sitting room of my captors home.

He leaned down, his breath caressing my ear.

“I’m sorry. I never meant for any of that to happen,” he whispered. I frowned; I could hear the sorrow in his voice. I turned around, and stood directly in front of him. My breasts against his chest. I looked up, letting my eyes bore into his. I opened my mouth to reply, but before I could get anything out, he swept in and pressed his lips against mine. It wasn’t hard and aggressive like Patrick’s. Nor was it needy like his, it didn’t spark hidden desires that I knew were almost forbidden. Desires that I didn’t even want. They were frightening, made you do things that you knew you shouldn’t but did anyway.

No, his kiss was different, it was soft and gentle. Gingerly, I opened my mouth and let his tongue slide in. Slowly, he increased the intensity of the kiss. Cupping my face, he deepened the kiss and backed me up toward the bed. Before I knew it, he had me pinned against the mattress. I wrapped my arms around his neck and intertwined my fingers in his hair. Making the kiss grow in intensity causing our teeth to collide. Slowly, he slid his hand down my body, cupping my breast as he traveled to the very heat of me. I inhaled sharply as kissed his way across my cheek and down my neck, where he proceeded to suck surely causing me a hicky that I was going to have to try to hide later. He leaned up fingering the hem of the long t-shirt that I had on, and pushed it up.

I arched my back as he pinched at my nipples causing me to groan in ecstasy.

And it was only just the beginning.
