The classes ended at 3 pm and the House was full again. Most girls were having their tea at Bekynton when Senior students Haru, Nicole and Tanii walked in. They were the House Captains, the next person in charge after the House Master. The dining hall went silent.
“Okay, girls, Anyone who think that they did something to the notice board this morning, please come and see Mr.Way at his room before 5pm today. If no one shows up by 5pm, ALL of you will be punished,” Nicole said. The junior girls gasped.
“Who did what to the notice board?” Brandy asked a girl with short dark blond hair beside her, Nichola. Nichola shook her head. “ I don’t know, you mean to Mr. Way’s warning notice?”
Brandy sipped her hot chocolate slowly. “Maybe, it’s the only thing on the board this morning…”
“Who on earth dared to do anything on their first day anyway?” Darcy, who sat across them said. The girls nodded.
On the next table, Sophie, Ana, Britt, Polly, and Charlotte who overheard the conversation pointed to Ean.
“You should confess…” Charlotte said to Ean. The other girls at the table looked at her. Ean bite her chocolate cake and nodded.
“Okay.”
The girls looked at each other. Sophie rolled her eyes. “Okay? Just ‘okay’?”
“Yah, what else should I say?” Ean said, taking another bite on the moist chocolate cake.
“We thought you’re gonna say ‘why me’ and started arguing with all of us,” Ana said. Ean raised her eyebrow.

Gerard, who was already donned in his tough looking leather jacket walked to the Common Room. As he arrived, the girls, who were called before by the House Captains, went silent. He walked into the Common Room and he can hear his footsteps echoing throughout the large room.
“Line up, one by one,” he said and the girls obeyed. The House Captains, Haru, Nicole and Tanii were busy giving instructions and asking the girls to keep quiet while doing that.
“Just so we know that everyone’s here… From left, number!” he ordered.
“One..” Paige-Nicole said, followed by the other girls.
“Two”
“Three”
“Seventeen”
“Thirty” said Polly,who was the last one in line.
Gerard nodded. “So I see everyone’s here…” He paused and walked among the girls on the front row. The new girls looked down to their feet, no one dared to make any eye contact with Gerard. With both hands on his back, he walked again to the back row and as he walked passed Ana, she smiled.
Gerard turned back and stood in front of Ana.
“Are you the one?”
Ana blushed. Oh, a proposal already?
“Err…If you ask…I should say… yes, sir. I.. I… I really.. like…y...you” Ana said, stumbling through her words. Gerard smirked. He turned to the other girls and said, “ Okay, you girls can go to your room now…”
