The next morning Brendon, Hayley, Alex, and I decided to make breakfast. We decided (after a lot of arguing) to make grill cheese sandwiches. We were listening to Hayleys I-pod as we cooked.
Hayley and I had just finished singing to ‘butterscotch’ by Cancer Bats when ‘she had the world’ came on.
“Gah” Brendon groaned, “Change it”
“Not a chance” I laughed as I forced him to start waltzing with me.
Hayley and Alex joined in, but they had to keep stopping to check the food.
Ben walked into the kitchen and sat at the table.
“I didn’t you know you could waltz” Ben smiled as Brendon and I danced his sandwich over to him.
“I cant” I laughed, “Brendons just a good lead”
“Thanks” Brendon smiled as the song ended and ‘but its better if you do’ came on, “what is this crap, some kind of panic marathon?”
“It would seem that way” I smiled and glanced over at Ben.
He was eating his sandwich innocently.
“What?” he asked with his mouth full.
I smirked and ‘seductively’ made my way over to him and sat on his lap.
“Would you like a dance sir?” I asked
“Psh, would I ever!” he grinned and sat his sandwich down.
I couldn’t help but laugh at his eagerness as I started to give him a very bad lap dance. Every one was laughing at my poor attempt to be sexy.
“Hay guys, what’s so funny?” Ryan asked as he walked happily into the room, only to almost immediately storm back out.
I stopped dancing, “what was that?”
“Yeah, why’d he just storm out?” Ben asked
They all looked like they knew something we didn’t, but they all shrugged.
Alex sat down and pouted, “I wanna lap dance”
“Perhaps later, in private” Hayley smirked
“Really?” Alex asked excitedly
She winked, “we’ll see”
“No!” Brendon exclaimed, “I don’t want any more smut in my mums house!”
“Psh, you’d never know. We might just go to the bathroom…” Alex trailed off
“But you’d be together, that would give it away” Ben pointed out logically
“Perhaps he needs her to aim for him” I shrugged
“I had a friend that did that,” Hayley said
“What! Really?” Brendon raised an eyebrow
“Yeah. But she wasn’t a close friend” she explained
“Like that makes it any less weird,” I laughed
She smiled, “true. I just didn’t want you to get the wrong idea about the type of people I hang out with”
“Ummm… we are the people you hang out with” Ben laughed
She shook her head, “you know what I mean!”
“Not really” I shook my head, no, “I’m gonna go get dressed”
Ben grabbed a hold of my waste as I attempted to get up.
“No” he stated childishly
“Beeennn” I whined
“Whaaattt?” he mocked
“Limmmeee goooo”
“I don’t wanna”
“Cooommee ooonnn”
“Just let her go” Ryan snapped as he came back into the room.
Ben let go, “what’s your problem dude?”
“I don’t have a problem” he snapped and crossed his arms
“Really? Because it sounds like you do,” Ben retorted
“Really” Ryan said in the same manner
I grabbed Bens thy just above his knee causing him to slightly jump.
“Just let it go” I whispered and got up.
“Fine” she sighed loudly
“Thank you” I called from the hallway.
When I came back from getting dressed everyone was in the living room watching TV and eating cookies.
Ben handed me a cookie as I sat beside him in the big chair, and he put his arm around me.
“Thank you” I smiled and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
He smiled, “no problem. That’s what I’m here for”
“You’re here to give people cookies?” Ryan asked rudely
“No” Ben said in a fake calm way, “I’m here to make her happy”
“Then you should give me another cookie,” I said quickly before Ryan could say anything.
Ben rolled his eyes, “but I just gave you one”
“I said give me another one! Curse your tiny paper hat!” I cried
Ha laughed, “alright”
I grinned as he put another cookie in my mouth.
“Curse his tiny paper hat?” Brendon asked
“Freakazoid” I stated
“Freak-a-what?” Ryan asked
“Zoid”
“It was a cartoon,” Alex explained
“The scariest thing in the world would be if all the air turned to wood!” I cried laughing.
Alex shook his head, “all those cartoons you and dad watched must have melted your brain”
“DID NOT!” I cried.
