Yes, you should trim when your ends aren't looking up to par, but if you're cutting your hair often, there's no possible way to see growth as you are cutting off all your progress. I have a straight as straw hair and I don't like doing all this crazy mumbo jumbo that my all my girl-friends are so keen on doing!
