A couple of tips for when you're actually giving the speech, oresentation, whatever it is: look just above the audience's heads; they won't know that you're not looking them in the eye; looking the audience in their eyed is nervewracking and actually makes you stutter. And just take deep breaths, it calms you down. Go on if you mess up; don't dwell on that, if you go on smoothly then they won't know that you messed up.

I took a semester of drama, and we do presentations all the time in Marketing, and there are the kinds of tips I received.
