I loved your article, but I'm afraid I have to point out something. If you ever wanted to be taken seriously, never cite Wikipedia. It can be updated by anyone at all. There's a reason your not supposed to cite it in research papers at school, it's not reliable. So I loved your article, and agree, but next time, find a better website to cite.

But yesssss'm. Thomas Paine was a very influential writer. Even though he was a grumpy guss and criticized everything.

Paine sounds so creative that it's potentially incredibly inspiring :) I suppose that is part of your point, of course, but sometimes the obvious deserves to be stated nonetheless.
Anyway, thank you for writing this article, I very much hope that Thomas Paine's life ((and attitude)) stays in my memory for to a long time from now.
