It was a sad day indeed when I found out that Jimmy had passed on. But his memory will never die. For a friend I are planning to go get a memorial tattoo done in his memory.

Jimmy. You were not only a kick ass drummer. But a savior. Your music with Avenged Sevonfold and Pinkly Smooth has helped me, and I bet a lot of people through some dark times in their lives.

I just want to say. Jimmy where ever you are. You get those stallion ducks. And we all will be sure to take a spoonful, just to make the whole world go down.

My boyfriend saw the last performance they did before he died and was even in a fight for one of his drumsticks!

i have only just become fans of avenged sevenfold, n to hear about the sudden tragic death of 'TheRev' made my heart ache, n the possiblity of someone so young having died makes me think that life is so unfair in situations such as those....he will be missed terribly by those world wide who knew him n were fans of him n the band.....But in a way he isn't really gone, because one day he will be reunitied with those loved ones..but for the time being he will be watching over everyone who meant something to him in his heart....just as he will never be forgotten..........R.I.P - Jimmy 'The Rev' Sullivan...

I'm still hoping that God get's real sick of Jimmy and sends him back to us. It isn't fair at all

v. I believe it was first sung by Mr. Billy Joel, no? Though I believe he sung it with a bit of an attitute, and irony, and disbelief. I don't think he meant that if you die young, you are a good person. I think he meant it that, it seems as if, all the good people are dying before their time. Either way, Jimmy was a very good person.

-pouts- this is horrid... I busted out into tears when I found out. It's not fair that someone so talented had to be taken from us. When I found out Monday I was beside myself it was terrible. I hope he is looking down on us and saw all the people who gave a toast at midnight for Jimmy.... May he rest in peace

It is a real heartache to know that your hero, and the best drummer in the world, is gone.. and won't be comming back...
Although I know that Jimmy will live on thrugh all of us, and he will never be forgotten. This time came too soon for the young musician, and gravely without any notice.

I still want to beieve that this is a nightmare and that I will wake up and find out that Jimmy is still getting around and is as lively as ever. I always pictured Avenged Sevenfold, growing old together, and Jimmy getting around picking on Johnny cause he would still be a "short shit" In my mind I will still see that, always.

I don't believe that anyone can replace his place in the band, and if they find someone, that person will have a great deal to live up to. There will always be this place in everyone's hearts where this talented man lived.

I don't want to say Rest In Peace. What I want to say is Rock In Peace!!
Because I know that where ever dearest Jimmy is, he will be rocking it out with Dimebag!!

Jimmy is a man that will never be forgotten, and will always be loved.

i remember talking to my friends about the Rev before we went to break, and how he's an inspiration to all.....
on Sunday, which was my 15, i was blasting their music from the limo, not knowing that the next day, my favorite drummer in the world would be dead...
all day on the 28th, i was still blasting Avenged because i was feeling down....
i only found out he was dead at 10:00, an hour after avenged announced it on their site.... Rest In Peace Jimmy
you are forever in our hearts as one of the world's best drummer this world has ever had..

He was a sensational drummer, his talent gave me goosebumps. So full of energy and life. Oh god, I just...I'll miss him so so so much.
