The cop was on drugs. I would have been freakin out and so scared of that cop! Next time my mom gets pulled over, I'm gonna tell her a joke and get her laughin and see what the police man says.

I think cops just have a quota they need to make, like they need to pull over a certain amount of people a week or somthing. Somthing like this happend to my friend. He was drunk so his friend was driving him home, suddenly a police man pulled them over. Said their tale light was broken, suddenly my drunk friend hopped out of the car and ran to the back of the car, there was nothing wrong. The police man thought fast and said that my friend threw something out of the passenger window, He obviously didn't know that window was broken and didn't open.
I think police men are ruining their name and embarressing themselves now.

I can kinda understand, like, if he was laughing so hard he doubled over and closed his eyes, because then he wouldn't be watching the road, but if he was just laughing...that's sad.

I get why he could've done it, especially if the car swerved or something, or the motorist moved his vision away from the road, but to pull someone over just on the bias just seems a little extreme. The reasoning behind it seems for the greater good but in practice it just seems too controlling.

Every time I pass a cop now, I'm going to LAUGH. AND LAUGH LOUDLY. And if I get pulled over, I'll laugh some more. Just to piss him off.

...um, okay- Creeper.
