Why did she have meth & a live baby in the same house or room at all?

That's already some thing against her. As well as the prior arrests. She deserves to lose her child, since she obviously didn't care much for it.

This is when cruel and unusual punishment should be upheld.

Any person who has a baby, and meth or any drug in the house, sorry, but the baby should be taken away for best purposes.

Wether it got mixed in with the formula, which can happen, not taking sides, because baby formula is powdery, and usually white or beige, like meth. Its still her or the fatehrs fault, who ever prepared the bottle.

No drugs should be anywhere in the ousehold with children, young or older. Its not mother material, as someone stated. Someone should take in the children, untilt he mother and father get over their addictions, or problems.

Its not fair to the children.

normally i'd be against the government taking the kid away, but it seems like the kid would be better off that way. what a poor excuse of a parent, to have meth, just lying around... of course the kids these days, wouldnt complain. disturbing as it seems.

Whether this was an accident or not, why is she on meth when she's responsible for caring for a young child? Not exactly mother material.

Pretty biased article.........but I don't know. That's wrong, but you never really know. either way, accidental or not, the child should have been taken away.

That's absolutely terrible. I hope the baby goes into foster care or something because anywhere else is better than living with those parents.

I don't honestly think that she ACTUALLY put the drugs in the bottle,
Hate me whatever, but seriously she doesn't seem that fucked up to
actually purposely give the meth to the baby.
Even the father says so, that the baby's formula accidently got mixed with it

But then again, this is really not a factor on who or what happened,
Its about the child, and if it's having seizures and such, thats not good.
So, no i don't think she should have the baby, until she has went through
major therapy and rehabitilaztion.
