And just because I want to inform the fans and let them know what's up with an article here on Mibba and they like to comment and speak their thoughts about it, I don't think that considers us pathetic fan girls. And for your info, there are guys who love Green Day too.
It's just the excitement for Green Day coming back for the first time in five years, incase you haven't noticed. Not an obsession. We've missed our long lost, dearest Green Day.
Speaking of which, they were NOT afraid. Like Dirnty thinker said, they have a family to tend to. Things to take care of! During there American Idiot album/tour Billie and Adie were having world of relationship problems which is one of the reasons the decided upon taking time off after the tour. Apparently, they've worked it all out and are back again.
Green Day have a right to there vacation just like any of these other little bands do. Next thing ya know it'll you'll be bashing Amy Lee cause she decided to go solo.
Ugh. Talk about pathetic.
Oh my Lord. And if you resent them oh so much, don't listen to them. Plain and simple. Don't listen to them, don't read about them, and don't post comments where people do appreciate their work. I understand not everyone can be a fan of Green Day, sadly, but there are ways to resolve the problems.
As for you thinking that 21st Century Breakdown is basically a remake of American Idiot, you make me laugh. You haven't even heard any of the album except for maybe the little teasers they put up on GDA. So until you've heard the ENTIRE album, and until I've heard it further more, I won't listen to your judgments on how this album sounds just like the last.
So now that I've said my piece, let's make peace, shall we? You stay in your territory. Comment on bands you do like, I think it'll keep problems way down.

How can you say they are afraid when they came out with American Idiot? That was such a controversial topic back than. This band do have lives and it doesn't revolve around you because you've been waiting for more than two years. What , you want a fucking tissue for saying you care so much? You have to remember that you're not the only fan of Green Day so we have ALL been waiting.
And fyi, if you're not a fan of this band or you don't like them anymore, stay out of anything Green Day related alright hun?
