They also scrapped their animation department as well, which was also a huge mistake for MTV. I miss Daria :P Its all reality TV crap now!

I don't watch MTV.
It's pointles and stupid, if you ask me. But that's just my opinion.
I have never have watched, never will.

i used to watch MTV a lot. now, i still do but not as often. i don't like how they show a lot of mainstream musics now. and i miss TRL ='(

I stopped watching MTV for music.
So I moved to MTV 2.
MTV 2 stopped being fun.
I moved to Fuse.
Fuse is like MTV now, only "edgy-er". (They, too, are starting to forget about the music.)
... Why can't I just have Havoc?

I used to watch this a few years ago in middle school, but then...it just went downhill. It's been going down ever since. I don't even watch it anymore.

On weekday mornings mtv airs music videos that ae almost always in the top 20.

They've got channels dedicated to specific areas of music, doesn't that count? I mean MTV1 and MTV2 are reality show centred, you got that right. But MTV Base, MTV Hits and the Dance and Rock MTV channels are pure music.

Why not just get rid of it? MTV has evolved into crap and it's dumbing down society. When it first came out it was sort of cool, but now look at it.

Videos of people downing jello shots isn't exactly going to enlighten future generations.
