Plus, the version of 21 Guns seems pretty good.

and the story of American Idiot(since it came out.)

@Chocolate_Thundah They've been in talks about this musical since 2006 when Michael Mayer contacted Green Day and let them sit in on a performance of Spring Awakening to get his style.

Billie and Michael Mayer wrote the book for the musical together and Michael Mayer emailed Billie almost daily throughout the process of the musical so it's safe to say they've got it right....

Rockband has been in the works since late 2007 or early 2008 something like that.

I agree with [b]peacemaker[/b]. Having a musical come out on top of the Rock Band release seems a little gratuitous.
