I was watching a film starring him today, and it was so strange.... hard to believe he's no longer alive.

As I type this, it's Australia day, and I'm thinking of him while I celebrate being an Ozzie.

He was too young... my thoughts are with his loved ones.

I really hate to be the one who brings this up, but it kinda bothers me that Heath's death brought so much attention when only 7 days before, actor Brad Renfro died apparently on a drug overdose at age 25.

Both were talented young actors and its worrying to know they're so troubled.

My thoughts are with their families.

that it had nothing to do with drugs.
just to clear that up.

I find it hard to believe he's really gone...

It's so random. There are countless celebrities who do drugs like heroin and cocaine, and it's Heath Ledger who dies by accidentally overdosing on prescription drugs. It's so sad. He was an amazing actor.

I heard it on the radio yesterday morning.
I seriously thought I was hearing things. It's such a shock.

He'll be missed greatly. I admired him. He was such an amazing actor.

I loved him so much he was one of my fav actors he will be missed by all

I feel the saddest for his little daughter.

I just can't believe this..

As an Aussie, I can say that everyone here is still in complete shock and disbelief.
Its like when Steve Irwin died. Its awful. He was at a high point in an already successfully career. Its a shame he was cut down in his prime.
