I like Henna, actually. Maybe its just from personal experience. I had an early exposure to it when my oldest sister came over from Turkey, and she used it on me. (natural) I never had a negative reaction. I think maybe it depends on the person. Certain people are more susceptable to such things. But I haven't really heard of black henna before.
I have gotten a black Henna tatoo and it just faded
I never got an allergic reaction and it is treatable with benadryl godforbid i got a reaction
I guess it depends on the person
Ew?
Thank goodness I read this. I think henna is very attractive, and was going to resort to it at one point, due to the fact that I have ecsema and I can't get tattoos.
Grr. I can't do anything. But poor girl.
I have a henna tattoo on my wrist at the moment.
henna doesnt hurt. and i did it because i drew it out myself.
my aunt and i decided that for our bonding time we were gonna make tattoos...=\
it looks wicked.
black henna, i've never seen it.
this certainly doesn't make henna bad. i hope. i wanna tattoo myself again
and where do they sell henna? if anyone knows....
What you forgot to mention is that in a lot of places, you're not allowed to use black henna. Around me, it's illegal. So luckily, I wouldn't have to worry, living where I do.
I have had a lot of black henna tatoos but they have never left a mark on me except where I tanned over it! I read about a case in Britain where a little boy was allergic to the ink and he was left scarred after it. Thankfully his mother refused to allow him have an eagle tattooed on his chest and it was only a small one he got... imagine that!
I never heard of this. I live in America, but I'm from Indian where henna tatoos are really popular. I've had it done a few times before. Nice article.
But just like people know that tanning is bad for them and do it anyway....I'm still going to get henna tattoos done. :D
