'And' should be 'of'.

And in the title, "affect" should be "effect".

Affect, as defined by dictionary.com: To have an influence on or effect a change in.
An example: Inflation affects the buying power of the dollar.

Effect, as defined by dictionary.com: something that is produced by an agency or cause; result; consequence.
Example: Exposure to the sun had the effect of toughening his skin.
