Well, although there may be the whole aphrodesiac aspect, considering Obama does the whole supporting Planned Parenthood->Abortions &c., I think the boom could be prevented by many, many murders.

What does contraception have to do with anything? Baby booms aren't the result of accidental babies, they're intentional after some sort of elating event.

This whole thing has just been blown out of porportion, if you ask me. Considering these events, its an interesting study, although I would prefer to analyze it from another country. Then again, living it first hand can add specific information to a study.
